Join us on Sunday 4th May for a special transatlantic edition of Rambutan & Cousins! The incredible @tyna.hoang and Andrea Nguyen @apn_apn are flying over from New York for a Saigon spring evening at Rambutan. Their cooking collaboration @em_oi_em brings together their Vietnamese origins and American upbringing for a diaspora mash-up we’re so excited to bring to London for the first time.

They’ll be serving a delicious tasting menu (£50pp) with Sri Lankan accents - expect dishes like banh khot shrimp gundu dosa, bo la lot skewers with iraichi thool and banana leaf grilled fish.

Inspired by Feast of Seven Fishes and the flavors of Tết.

Kim and Tuan came to our first Em Ơi pop-up on LNY 2019. It's a full-circle moment for us to be collaborating and celebrating this lunar new year together (along with the amazing @carolinehahm )—6 years later :,).

*10% of our event proceeds will go to mutual aid funds to support those affected by the ongoing fires in LA.

We never got around to celebrating our time at @wineisfine.athens , but one year ago today(!) we brought Em Ơi to Greece for a magical long weekend service with the best team.

BIG love and thanks to @clint_billton @thomas_brengou and @raf_vallone for their support, last minute grocery runs, and inviting us into their very special space.

Special thanks to @aggelos_thanasis & @dimitrisbrinios_ (our fav kitchen crew), @aggelux for being the great connector—and to the friends and loved ones who flew in, the locals that came out, and Michèle Lamy. ♥️♥️ taken in Wine is fine by @em_oi_em

Oooooh we’re excited for this one y’all! @tyna.hoang & @apn_apn have been throwing Vietnamese dinner parties as Em Ơi since 2019. This Saturday, they’ll be celebrating their shared Viet x Texan roots at Honey’s with a special BBKIEU pop-up. Smoked meats with all the fixins- rain or shine! We’re kickin the festivities off at 1 pm - see you there!
