A reminder that strength lies on the other side of the hardest thing you’ve ever been through

Those close to me know this isn’t just a photo.
It’s a milestone of a journey. An escape from chaos and escape from control.

And in the words of @danwhitlam
She’s got her sparkle back ✨
She’s doing a little better
She’s found what she loves to do again 💪🏽
She’s no longer living in the dark
She’s stood up and taken charge
She’s realised life is better lived when someone doesn’t make you feel half.
She’s done the right thing even if it took a little while to leave the same cycle that brought about the pain.
See…she got her sparkle back 💎✨

Did someone say 6ft Sally?! 🤭
Actually I’m 6ft 1” in these heels but some might say an inch doesn’t matter 😉 ps, no women ever say this…
I remember last year, going into my first show feeling paranoid about my height and when I looked back at the photos I could see I’d purposefully shrunk myself into my poses.
Not anymore!
All height and hair 😂🤣
You’ll know I’m there 😂💎✨
Shout out to these queens 👸 and my girl @season__bodied loved sharing the stage with you beautiful 💚🤗🥰

Next and final goal, ‘officially’ locked in.
The final dance of 2026! 👠💎✨
Funnily enough, almost a year ago I was at this very venue where this event is taking place, with little legs watching a show! 🤭
I certainly didn’t think back then I’d be on the same stage 12 months later!
Looking forward to seeing some friendly faces 🤗 before the heels are hung up for the season.

14 months work, 2 seasons and plenty of improvements with @emj_phoenix

Emma first came to me with the goal stepping on stage in the future but having prepped for a photoshoot from there we decided to take things a little further and get her on stage!

One season down, an improvement phase and another prep later... here we are! 3 shows deep this year with more to come!! this girl can work!

Plenty of work put in and still plenty more to come. This is bodybuilding. Coming back year on year, lessons learnt with an improved package.

Proud coach

Lil light upper session today.
Peak week feels.
2 shows before we wrap up to start the growing season.
Want to enjoy the next 2 weekends cos it’ll be a while until I grace the stage again.
One goal. To get the glutes and hammies to fit the rest of the physique. Then it’s game time.

Show 1- September 2026
Show 3- October 2026
The aim of our game is simply- to improve
And it will always, every year, be Me vs Me
A placing should not define you.
If you show up happy and proud of what you have brought to the stage, be that show to show or year up on year. If you’ve done the work and it shows and you are proud, then you can never ever lose.
Peak week 4 is upon us and the countdown to the next dance has begun 👠💎✨
Looking forward to a great day, fabulous experience, a catch up and time spent with the lovely people I’ve been blessed to meet on this journey so far 🤗💎✨

The main man 💪🏾
The captain of our ship 🫡
@bodyfocusjames a man with his own accolades. He doesn’t brag, he doesn’t boast, he just does the work and he does it incredibly well.
He won’t shout about himself so I will.
Thank you for being an awesome coach, mentor, friend and therapist!
3 shows down and 2 to go before we wrap up the season!
The work continues.
