From the Ritz to the rollercoasters. The best few days celebrating my birthday. I didn't have a party this year because I feel like I've been completely spoilt these last few months by family and friends and all your support for my new author career. Thank you for all the messages! Mom and James gave me the best birthday. Get yourself a boyfriend who will stand next to the Gruffalo for a photo and go on all the rides in the rain. The best year, here's to 33! taken in Chessington World of Adventure by @emmalittleswan

Another nautical look? 🐟 A brilliant day yesterday visiting more @waterstones stores! I started the day with the @waterstones_kids online school event and I absolutely loved it... but from the last screenshot I'm not sure what I was saying there! 😂 To all the Waterstones stores your shop windows and displays are incredible and I could not feel luckier! It was also so great to pop into @foyleswaterloo and @foyles_rfh eee Silver and the Gang are in the window there too!!

What a FABULOUS morning interviewing the amazing @bonhughbon about his children's books the Rory Sparkes series! We had the best audience!! Hugh was so brilliant to talk to, made everyone laugh and had every child wanting to ask a question. Thank you for letting me interview you, being so fun and for holding up my books Cruise Ship Kid (so kind!) Grab yourself a copy of Rory Sparkes 1 or 2 for middle-grade adventures full of heart, humour, elephants and quite a bit of maple syrup... 🐘

Also a big thank you to @burylitfestival for having me and @harrisharrisbooks too! What a morning! taken in Bury St. Edmunds by @emmalittleswan

Had the best birthday week. Take me to a fancy hotel and you'll find me in the pool with my goggles on... ➡️😂

Thank you for all the messages and surprises pals. I'll stop talking about my birthday now for at LEAST another year.
