TO OUR EMPIRE:
As we wake up the morning after one of the most legendary awards ceremonies @triumph.ptr has put on to date, our minds are flooded with reflections of the 2024 season. Above all else, our hearts are filled with gratitude for where we are as a sales region. However, where we are & the successes we just celebrated could have never happened if not for where we’ve been.

In 2018 @thestevenwarner & @j.lew__ merged offices to form a strategic partnership that became the conception of the “Empire” office (not quite a region back then). The following year, we attended our first @triumph.ptr awards ceremony as official business partners, and our commitment was to build our humble Empire into something so much bigger than what it was. At that 2019 awards ceremony, we brought our very best sales reps & celebrated a summer of producing just over 2200 sales.

Fast forward 5 short years, and not ONE of the reps that was with us in that 2019 office is still here - they have all moved on to building their own respective empires in different ways, & we wish them all the best - yet somehow, with NO original members of the Empire class of 2019, we just celebrated a season of over 120 reps successfully finishing the summer with a combined 9169 sales made amongst our 3 offices. In 5 years, we grew the tiny, original Empire office of 2000 accounts into one of the most powerful sales regions at Vivint. But it didn’t happen by chance. This 5 year plan to explosive growth was deliberate, intentional, at times painful & difficult, yet more rewarding than you can imagine.

So our message to you is this: growth is inevitable when certainty exists. The only thing that has been certain for @thestevenwarner & I these past 5 years is that I wasn’t leaving this company and that he wasn’t leaving this company. And no matter how many reps we lost along the way, we were CERTAIN that at each awards ceremony that came, we would be there TOGETHER, with our ride or dies by our sides…

So cheers to you, Empire class of 2024 🥂
We hope to see you ALL #StillHere over the next 5 years as we scale this region into to the greatest sales division Vivint has ever seen! #BuildYourEmpire taken in Provo, Utah by @empire.shp

@empire.shp state of mind 🌃

I started working at Vivint 14 years ago and part of what made me fall in love with this company was how it treated its sales force like rockstars. As a rookie rep, I remember watching the regional managers take trips to NYC and thinking how badly I wanted to be there someday.

That was always the magic of this place. It surrounded you with people doing big things and made you believe you could too. That belief pushed me to dream bigger, become more and surround myself with people who wanted the same. A lot of people have come and gone since then. A lot has changed since I started working here. And plenty have wondered if that magic is still here…

14 years later, I got to go to NYC as a regional manager, surrounded by some of the best people I know, celebrating a record-breaking year for the company, the division and my region. Full circle moment made me realize: The magic never left. And neither did we. #StillHere #BuildYourEmpire taken in 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge by @empire.shp
