@empire.shp state of mind 🌃

I started working at Vivint 14 years ago and part of what made me fall in love with this company was how it treated its sales force like rockstars. As a rookie rep, I remember watching the regional managers take trips to NYC and thinking how badly I wanted to be there someday.

That was always the magic of this place. It surrounded you with people doing big things and made you believe you could too. That belief pushed me to dream bigger, become more and surround myself with people who wanted the same. A lot of people have come and gone since then. A lot has changed since I started working here. And plenty have wondered if that magic is still here…

14 years later, I got to go to NYC as a regional manager, surrounded by some of the best people I know, celebrating a record-breaking year for the company, the division and my region. Full circle moment made me realize: The magic never left. And neither did we. #StillHere #BuildYourEmpire

🏆 TOP ROOKIE — QUE MAUIGOA 🏆

Extremely proud of Que and everything he has accomplished this summer.

Hitting 100 sales is a major milestone for any rep, and to accomplish that during his very first summer is something special. I’ve had the opportunity to watch Que’s work ethic and growth from preseason through the end of the summer, and he has consistently shown up, put in the work, and continued to improve.

He also earned every bonus available to him along the way starting with a $2,000 preseason bonus and later earning the double pay bump through extension.

What stands out to me just as much as the production is the leadership he developed throughout the summer. Que came into the summer with a team and quickly stepped into a leadership role. Halfway through the summer, he became a car group leader, taking responsibility for the people around him, leading from the front, and inspiring his guys to keep pushing.

To finish his first summer with 100+ sales at just 21 years old, while earning approximately $80K–$85K, is an incredible accomplishment.

Que, you should be extremely proud of what you’ve built this summer. This is a great first chapter, and I’m excited to see how much further you can take it.

Congratulations, Que. Well deserved. 🏆💯
