Let me reintroduce myself 💜

I'm Simone 👋🏽 professional joy sharer, hype girl and sweet tooth! ✨
As a director, COO and franchisee of @empowerdance_ I get to support and inspire women every week and I couldn't be more grateful for that! 🫶🏽
Whether we're strutting around in our heels, shimmying our jazz hands or weeping in a sharing circle (I am SUCH a crier 🥹!!), I feel forever lucky to be able to help women find their power and their spark again 🥰

1. So happy to meet you! 🤝🏽
2. Big cuddler 🤗
3. In the heels 👠

Our weekly offerings here at @empowerdance_ Northwich 📍

Our classes welcome all women of all experience levels into a safe, encouraging and fiercely supportive space ✨ so if you're looking to learn a new skill, meet incredible like-minded women or find your sparkle again ... we've got you 🥰

👠 Entry Level Heels
⏰ Tuesdays at 6pm
❓ Can I join this class if I don't have heels?
✅ Of course! We recommend anyone who has never danced in heels before to start in socks whilst you are learning the technique and getting used to the style. If you love it (which you will 😉) and want to continue on your heels journey, we can help you find the right pair of heels for you 💜

👟 Entry Level Commercial
⏰ Tuesdays at 7pm
❓ What exactly is commercial dance?
✅ Commercial dance is usually the style of dance you see at concerts or in music videos 🎬 It is actually a combination of styles ranging including jazz, hip hop, street, funk and so many more! 💥

✨ Beginners Contemporary
⏰ Thursdays at 6pm
❓ Is contemporary dance like ballet?
✅ Contemporary dance is like ballet that breaks the rules! 🤭 This style allows you to connect your movements with emotion and move freely, I personally find it a very healing style of dance 🤍

All our weekly classes take place at The Grange, Hartford and there are always exciting workshops, events and socials to look forward to 🙌🏽 so make sure you're following to get first peek! 👀

If you have any questions at all, just drop us a message 💌

This might shock you...

1. A friend to come with - you might arrive solo, but you’ll be part of our community in no time.
2. To look a certain way - every body belongs on our dancefloor 🤍
3. Dance experience - everyone starts somewhere, and we welcome all levels.
4. To justify taking time for yourself - you deserve that time, simply because you do.
5. To own expensive dance gear - wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.
6. Perfect coordination - we’re here to learn, move and have fun, not get every step right.
7. Confidence - come exactly as you are and we will build it as you go.

Want proof? Book your class and we’ll show you ❤️‍🔥
