There were 488 mass shootings in 2025.

At least 40,000 people were shot — more than 110 people a day across the country. And that doesn’t include gun suicides, which have been increasing.

Wishing we had a government
that would do something about this madness -
If we ever get a leader that can actually change this,
they will be hailed as a true hero.

There were 499 mass shootings in 2024.

Of the 5,151 children and teenagers under 18 who were shot in 2024, 1,403 died.

Firearms remain one of the leading causes of death for young people.

There were 656 mass shootings in 2023. It’s heart breaking.

How many more innocent children will be shot dead before something changes?

If you live in a state that has Primaries this month,
please consider the candidates (Dems or Repubs or Indies)
who are opposed to DATA CENTERS.

They increase pollution, increase your utility bills, and destroy vast amounts of water.

You might have heard the gibberish that we are ‘in a race with China for technological supremacy'; check out this chart. by @ericstoltzofficial

* WORLD CUP 2026 LOVES as of halftime;

1. I love the refs that smile as they bust the players (but I hate VR)

2. I love @telemundo, less commercials and better announcers, or at least it feels like it.

3. I love the cutaways to the crazy fans and coaches, and the occasional super famous guy -
much more than the cutaways to the well-fed old white politicians.

5. I love the muppets, Dudamel, and the theme of *love* more than any other halftime show! by @ericstoltzofficial

Since Taylor Farms is not issuing
an apology for their shite-infested lettuce,
the chart above comes in handy.

(Note: Organic Girl is mistakenly on this list.)

Post script:
after the FDA alerted us about Taylor Farms,
a recall was issued.
Then the execs for Taylor Farms visited the White House… and guess what happened?
The next day, the FDA said that they were wrong -
that it was a “false positive”.

Keep in mind that Taylor Farms has donated over $1 million dollars to the presidents PAC,
And been called up on many violations over the years.

Sam Neill was a lovely, lovely man. We worked together 20 years ago on Dean Devlin’s ‘the triangle’, filmed in South Africa.

This photo was taken on our day off, when we took a tour of a local vineyard, and (of course) the first thing Sam asked for was a cup of tea.

He was a great actor and humanitarian
with a wicked sense of humor.

In a city of artists, dream chasers, and creatives, we refuse to give up on ourselves. This is a story for anyone who has ever felt overlooked, undervalued or erased—and chose to keep creating anyway. “Original Sound” ran in theaters this Spring and contributed to the city’s local economy by supporting local businesses and providing jobs for NYC’s creative workforce!

Don’t miss the 100% filmed in NYC indie gem that explores the pulse and rhythm of Brooklyn and Queens. “Original Sound” releases TOMORROW, June 26, on @appletv and @primevideo. originalsoundfilm.com by @ericstoltzofficial

Massive love and congratulations to my mate Dexter Fletcher, who just got this big ‘ole award from the King of England.

Suffice it to say that his value, with or without this honor, is immeasurable to me - and has been for most of our lives.
I consider myself lucky to know him and to count him as a brother.

I wonder what took that King so long? Also, what do we call Dexter now…?

Sir? Your Lordship? O.B.E.- wan?

Tonight on @nbclawandorder, there will be some family drama.

Yet it was a delight returning to that place as an actor, for many reasons…

1. I first directed @davidajala 13 years ago on a terrific short lived show called “Black Box”, and it was wonderful to work with him again. Sometimes the best moments in life are when we reconnect with good people.
2. Mr. Hugh Dancy, a lovely man who sometimes moves too fast for the camera.
3. This lovely pretend family, @aaminshew and @annetteberning.
4. One of the first tv shows I ever directed was #lawandorder , and to my surprise they have rebuilt the original sets in a completely different location. Such a curious feeling.
5. this may or may not be a dressing room on a big tv show.
6. Despite the context, the show takes a moment to present a quote worth considering.

Many thanks to the writer/producer Rick Eid - who wrote both this episode and the one I directed 20 years ago, @alexhallisme, the producing/director, and David Grossman, @grossman5779, the talented director of this episode. by @ericstoltzofficial
