American AI data centers all paid by tax payers from state tax and these states will have to give up property taxes on these data centers. Therefore, the more data centers each state built out the more property taxes they will need to recoup from each individuals who owns properties. This is called robbing Peter to pay Paul… robbing individual tax payer to pay data center investors. These so called date center investors are paying 0 dollars of their own money and issuing 100 year bonds from the market to fund the initial capital. Then taking money from ever increasing state property taxes which you pay to fund their operations and employs 0 people in the local area, then create noise pollution to harm you health… When AI bubble burst, these ai data centers investors walk away unharmed. The bond owners and local tax payer get screwed…
