The @detournowhere retreat was held at @kerlingarfjoll.highlandbase, a Michelin Key hotel in remote central Iceland. It was incredible - hot springs, sauna, amazing food, and tons of trails.
Also spent a night in Reykjavik and had a fantastic dinner at Skal. Very cool city! taken in Kerlingarfjöll - Highland Base by @erinbury

Highly recommend getting off a red eye flight to Iceland and heading straight to the Blue Lagoon for the day. We did the retreat experience, which is more private than main pool. You get a dedicated change room/shower, access to saunas, nap rooms (crucial!), and private pools, and a fantastic restaurant. There’s even a hotel on-site which is apparently amazing - we’re coming back someday @kevinoulds! taken in Blue Lagoon Iceland by @erinbury

Hiking in northern Iceland at @detournowhere. If you know me you know I’m outsidey, not outdoorsy, but I went all in on hiking gear and led the pack on the 4-hour hike through the red clay valleys of Hveradalir. It was stunning and otherworldly: steam rising everywhere, boiling pools of water, and vistas that looked like a painting. The best part? Chatting about work, life, and family with new friends ❤️ taken in Hveradalir by @erinbury

Happy 3rd birthday to our beautiful girl Livvy. Celebrated with her friends at @wildlot and it was the perfect end-of-summer sunny day. Lucky every day to have this spunky, hilarious, kind girl in our lives. She often looks at me and says “you’re the best mommy in the world!” and it melts my heart 💕 by @erinbury

What a week! 5 days in Canmore with the amazing @willfulwills team reflecting on the past year, and setting out an exciting plan for the future. ⛰️

As a remote company, this annual retreat is often the first time we’re meeting in person, but somehow everyone felt comfortable to be themselves, build bonds, and explore this beautiful place.

Huge thank you to @heyrogan & @kate_clarridge for planning a packed agenda full of hikes, amazing food, drinks, campfires, board games, and work sessions. And thank you to our team members for travelling from as far as Brazil and Colombia to join us.

41 🎂 Had the best birthday weekend - a magical dinner at @littlejohnfarm, wine tasting at @brokenstonewinery, brunch at @creekside_cafe_pec, shopping at @oakclothingco (I left wearing this new dress), and lots of laughs with friends & family. Feeling very lucky to live in such a beautiful place surrounded by amazing people! ❤️ by @erinbury
