Sunday evening reflections ~ 12 weeks of focus with @sintraining 💪

The crazy thing with these pictures is that I pretty much weigh the same in all of them - the last picture (lol) being just before I started training, then just before my 12 week diet and the final result!! This wasn’t just 12 weeks of focus and hard work, but actually nearly 3 years of commitment, discipline and HARDDDD work! I am soooo proud of myself for the person I have become in this time, and it’s really got me thinking ☁️

For as long as I can remember, I have always given myself a hard time for needing to have some sort of goal in order to be disciplined; whether that’s in the gym or work or just in general life. Why do I need a goal to hold myself accountable, why can’t I just get the thing done when I say it???

I’ve been a lot more curious with my thoughts and feelings recently (thanks to my coach!) and I’m starting to accept that part of me. If I need to set myself little milestones/targets/goals to achieve something, and feel so much better for it mentally and physically, how can that ever be a bad thing?? 🥰 by @erinmcouat

There are a lot of gyms closer to Erin than SIN.

In fact, she drives past plenty of them every week to get here.

After 300 sessions, I don’t think that’s really about the drive anymore.

It’s about finding a place where you feel like you belong.

Where you’ve built confidence, challenged yourself, met people who genuinely want to see you do well and become a better version of yourself.

That’s exactly what Erin has done over the last three years.

300 sessions later and she’s still making the drive. We don’t take that for granted. Well done Erin 👏♻️ by @erinmcouat

The biggest achievement of 2025 deserved its own post - buying our first ever home together 🏡

The last month in our house has been filled with so much joy, laughter and love. It’s been the craziest most stressful time ever, but we are so settled and excited to make more memories here for years to come 🥰🏡🥂 by @erinmcouat

💒 the most amazing wedding (my sis + Adam)
📚 lots of learning + studying
🏃🏻‍♀️ the start and end of my running career (lol)
🧘🏻‍♀️ becoming a Pilates instructor !!

… and everything else in between

this year had it all - the good moments filled with love, laughter and passion. the bad moments filled with anxiety, fear, overwhelm.

Happy Birthday Jack 🥰 I am so lucky to be doing life with you! You are the handsomest, kindest, funniest, sweetest, silliest, most caring, loving, patient man I’ve ever met.
