Our coaches have experienced some of the highest highs and lowest lows there is to offer in our sport. It may not always be clear, but as we grew older, we realized that our coaches weren’t just writing the training. They became a supportive figure for every aspect of our lives. We strive to ensure that this stays true with us as YOUR coach. We acknowledge that to be successful, the coach/athlete relationship must be just that. Not a business transaction, but a relationship, where we work together towards your goals, and aim to improve, not just as athletes, but people. #runningcoach #nutritioncoach #strengthandconditioning by @exceedrunning

Don’t give weight so much weight!! These are just a few (of many!) factors that influence athletic performance - but often, weight is the factor to blame. Instead of focusing on (and blaming) the number on the scale, focus on what YOU can control - recovery, nutrition and fueling, hydration, sleep. Weight is a byproduct of your training- it will be what it will be- focus on your “inputs”! #exceedrunning #runningcoach #running #nutritioncoach #nutrition by @exceedrunning
