Weekend full, heart full🫶

Here’s a little glimpse into my weekend as a fitness instructor, athletic coach for dancers and of course the best job a mom✨ by @faithproner

I’ve seen the mountains; I’ve seen the ocean. But of all the wonders of the world you are by far my favourite.

the most grateful this year🤍 by @faithproner

From barely being able to walk after birth to the first deadlift attempt, that was a wild ride!

I have a whole new appreciation for movement and the human body. Let’s go moms🫶 by @faithproner

saying goodbye to the best and most beautiful summer of my life 😭🌸🌞

the summer full of more love than I could’ve imagined. the summer of smiles, giggles and lots of cuddles. the summer where the sun felt brighter and the sky looked more blue. the summer my heart grew in ways I never knew were possible. the summer I became fully complete. by @faithproner

Congratulations to the Casey’s! What a beautiful day celebrating you two🤍💍💒 by @faithproner

Looking back on my incredible years as a competitive dancer, one thing I wish I had incorporated sooner is strength and cross training.

Now I get to combine two of my biggest passions - dance + fitness - and bring that into The Dance Design 🩰🏋️‍♀️

Getting to put together everything that I’ve learned along the way - from my Bachelor’s in Biomechanical Engineering and Master of Teaching, to my years as a fitness instructor and my Youth Exercise Specialist certification, along with my background in dance - is pretty special 🫶

xo, me and my little world 💌 by @faithproner

Allow me to reintroduce myself 🤍

I’m a biomechanical engineer, certified Ontario teacher, dance teacher, strength & conditioning coach for dancers, fitness trainer, and most recently a mom!

Somewhere in between all of that, I’m just a joy seeker who loves movement, dance, and supporting people in becoming their strongest, best selves.

A lot of different hats, but I think they all fit together pretty well. ✨ by @faithproner
