Thank you Lord, for trusting me with something so precious, so sacred, so impactful. Thank you for placing this fire in my heart and giving me the grace to fan this flame. I pray I never mishandle it and that I always keep You first. I may be the CEO, but God truly guides every step. To be able to stand on this stage and serve over 140 people?! Whewwww, I don’t take that lightly. I pray that you all left this space feeling lighter, renewed, refreshed and ready to Disrupt.

Faisa is a maternal health strategist, storyteller, and entrepreneur with a passion for transforming how women and families experience healthcare.

She is the founder of Nuuma, a women’s health and wellness platform that makes research and data more accessible through culturally meaningful experiences, and CEO of Peapod Studio, a creative agency focused on parenthood and women’s health.
With a background in global health advocacy and experience as a full-spectrum doula, Faisa brings a unique perspective shaped by her Somali heritage, her journey as a first-generation American, and her experience as a mother of two.

From research to real-life experiences, Faisa is showing us how culture and creativity can reshape conversations around maternal health.

Brian is passionate about helping others build confidence, become stronger, and recognize what
they’re capable of both physically and mentally. Through fitness, business, and creativity, he
continues to challenge himself to grow and inspire others to do the same.
