It was a glorious sunny day!

It was a dream having a few Catalan abuelas hovering over us and teaching us the amazing craft of bobbin lace.

Once we got home, we still had some creative energy for candle carving followed by a lil dance party and face masks after a kamayan dinner (eating a festive meal with our hands) by @fayesevillasmith

They were with US Border Protection and have been released after 18 months!
We have checked each one over and each are the same as we sent them in 2025 and in Philly already!

I found an inexpensive mdf table that fit the space perfectly, but knew it needed to be a project.
I handlasted it much the way I make shoes, then dyed it w the same dyes we use.

This table gets blasted w sun all day and I just wipe it down w beeswax every 1-2 months and it cleans easily. by @fayesevillasmith
