Even if it doesn’t happen immediately, it’s a fundamental law of humanity and anyone who peruses success. Your aim will dictate your destination. Aim in an elite direction long enough, you will end up in an elite place. Aim in a pretty good direction, you will end up in a pretty good place etc.

To be truly elite you must master the fundamentals like everyone else - but you must also hunt the extra percentages that most others do not have the passion/wisdom to look for.

Football is played with the feet, but it’s really a game of the mind. And so there is no richer hunting ground for percentage gains than performance psychology.
