🪄 Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo… a little Jeuveau refresh! 🦩✨

She told me she was ready to “get her pink back,” and I absolutely loved that. 💕

Here’s the thing about aesthetics: You can love the way you look and still want to soften a few lines. One doesn’t take away from the other!

Her treatment was personalized to her aesthetic goals, with a focus on softening the appearance of expression lines.

Beautiful before. Beautiful after. Just a little refresh, on her own terms. 💕

So grateful for her trust and permission to share these results! @revere_and_restore_wellness

The holiday countdown is on! 🎄✨

🦃 Thanksgiving: 5 weeks away
🎄 Christmas: 9 weeks away
🥂 New Year’s: 10 weeks away

The holiday season is almost here, and with it comes all the little moments that make this time of year so special. 🎄🤍

Family gatherings, holiday traditions, festive evenings, and memories being made.

If you’ve been thinking about taking a little extra time for yourself or giving your skin some love before the holidays, now is a wonderful time to start planning. ✨

Whether that’s softening fine lines with Jeuveau, supporting collagen production with SkinPen microneedling, refreshing your skin with BioRePeel, or simply beginning a skincare routine that feels right for you, there’s something to be said for giving your skin a little time and care.

A few gentle reminders as we head into the season:

🤍 Jeuveau: Plan about 3–4 weeks ahead to allow time for results to develop.

🤍 SkinPen Microneedling: I recommend scheduling at least 2 weeks before a special event. Monthly treatment series or quarterly maintenance may be options depending on your skin goals.

🤍 BioRePeel: I recommend scheduling at least 2 weeks before a special event. A series of chemical peels may be beneficial depending on your skin concerns and goals.

🤍 Medical-Grade Skincare: The sooner you begin, the more time we have to address your skin concerns and allow your skin to respond. But remember, you can start anytime! Consistency is what matters most.

And remember, you don’t have to do everything, and you certainly don’t need to change a thing to enjoy this season.

At Revere & Restore Wellness, it’s about caring for yourself, feeling comfortable in your own skin, and finding what works best for you.

If a little extra self-care is on your holiday wish list, I’d love to help you make a plan. 🤍

You can schedule your appointment through the link in my bio!

Wishing you a season filled with warmth, joy, and a little time for yourself. ✨

When your photographer can take your disco ball, a few antiques, and all your random ideas and somehow turn them into the most beautiful branding photos. 😂🪩

I cannot say enough wonderful things about @taraleephoto ! Not only is she incredibly talented, but she has such a gift for making you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

From start to finish, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She knew exactly how to guide me, paid attention to every little detail, and made the entire experience so much fun!

@revere_and_restore_wellness is something we have poured so much of my heart into, and we wanted photos that reflected not only what I do, but who I am and the heart behind why I started this practice.

And somehow, she captured it all. 🤍

There’s something so special about working with someone who is amazing at what they do and makes you feel completely at ease while doing it.

So grateful for her talent, creativity, and the way she brought my vision to life!

If I could go back to 2024 and give myself a little skincare advice, here’s what I’d say… 🤍

Start simple. Stay consistent. Trust the process.

Back then, my skin was incredibly dehydrated, with fine lines, wrinkles, and signs of years of sun exposure.

Fast forward two years, and here’s what changed:

🤍 I started with the basics. Washing my face, moisturizing, and wearing SPF daily. Nothing complicated, just building habits I could stick with.

🤍 Then I built on those habits. Once I was consistent, I gradually added medical-grade skincare, including @rfaskincare products. My entire AM routine takes less than five minutes, and so does my PM routine!

And I’ll admit, I used to feel guilty taking even those few minutes for myself. There was always something else I could be doing!

But our skin is our body’s largest organ, and caring for it is about more than appearance. I realized those few minutes weren’t selfish. They were simply part of taking care of myself. 🤍

Once I had my routine down, I started adding evidenced based treatments based on my skin’s needs and goals.

🤍 Jeuveau every 3–4 months to soften expression lines.

🤍 SkinPen microneedling and chemical peels more recently to help improve skin texture and overall appearance.

I didn’t do everything at once. I built my routine one step at a time so it never felt overwhelming.

And that’s what I want my patients to know, too.

You don’t need a 10-step routine or every treatment available. You need a plan that fits your skin, your lifestyle, your goals, and your budget.

As a nurse practitioner, I love helping patients understand the WHY behind their skincare.

Small, consistent habits add up. And it’s never too late to start. 🤍

If you’re not sure where to begin, I’d love to help you create a personalized skincare plan at Revere & Restore Wellness.

Turns out, that little 10-minute walk really does count. 🤍

Here’s what the research tells us:

• Just 10–15 minutes a day of activity has been associated with roughly a 45–50% lower risk of all-cause mortality compared with very low activity levels.

• Even around 6 minutes a day of activity has been associated with about a 30% lower mortality risk in accelerometer-based research.

• About 1,000 steps is roughly 10 minutes of walking for the average person.

• Benefits can begin at relatively low step counts around 2,600–2,800 steps/day with additional benefits as daily steps increase.

no, your movement doesn’t have to be perfect or take an hour to matter. Just start where you’re at and work your way up!

Sometimes it really is just 10 minutes, a cup of coffee, and a good conversation with a friend. ☕️🤍

@revere_and_restore_wellness , we focus on the foundations, the small, sustainable habits that support your health and add up over time.

Because small things really do add up. 🤍
