Highlining over Bali’s tallest waterfall.
📍 Sekumpul Waterfall - North Bali
.
Bringing this project to life required access to a truly sacred part of Bali. Land that holds some of the island’s most breathtaking and iconic waterfalls.
.
To do so, we had the honour of connecting with the beautiful local communities of Sekumpul Village and Lemukih Village, whose families have called this land home for generations.
.
This experience became far more than a physical feat, it represented the exchange between cultures, a heartfelt connection to the people, their stories, and the spirit of their land.
We dedicate this highline to them!
.
We extend our deepest thanks to Kadek, Widi, and the entire communities of Sekumpul and Lemukih Villages for welcoming us so warmly and sharing this experience with us.
We’re truly grateful for the new friendships formed and the connection we now share with the people of this incredible region. 🙏
.
Thank you to @igorscotland for helping lead/ plan, facilitate, and supply all the equipment.
@walkspix for connecting us to the local land owners.
Local legend @r.ghazi.kali for coordinating our connection with the local culture and people.
And to the rest of the crew, for assisting the rig, bringing the energy and helping make this possible.
.
What a dream… We’ll be back 🇮🇩🙏

75% of global suicides are men… here’s my experience…
•
In my early 20s, I went through my own experience with depression. Barely anyone knew, because I didn’t talk about it.
•
But I came out of it.
•
The turning point?
•
I found the courage to open up.
•
One conversation turned into a support network of people who cared and helped me through it.
•
I also started saying yes.
To adventures.
To opportunities.
To conversations.
To life.
•
Piece by piece, I found myself again.
•
So if you’re in it right now, I want you to know…
•
You are not alone.
You are worthy of support.
And things can and WILL get better.
•
If you need someone to talk to, my DMs are open. I have time for anyone who needs a brother to lean on.
If you’re a woman i’m here too.
•
Lets break the stigma 🤝
•
Much love

📍 You want to hike Mt Agung? here’s what you need to know…
•
Its the tallest volcano in Bali, and one of the tallest in Indonesia. Rated one of the hardest yet most epic day hikes in indo 🇮🇩
•
Height: 3142m (10,308ft) of steep incline.
Terrain: Technical, rocky, slippery and risky in sections.
Duration: Roughly 12 hours return
Distance: 18km return
Difficulty: 7-8/10 (for day hikes)
•
You need a solid fitness base/ training prep, quality hiking shoes, at least 4L of water, electrolytes, lots of carbs/ snacks to stay fuelled, and a rain jacket for both rain and cold winds at the peak.
•
I recommend starting at 3am to catch sunrise towards the top, it gets cloudy round mid day so you want to get up as ear as possible.
•
One of the most challenging, beautiful, empowering, inspiring and rewarding day hikes i’ve ever done. Easily
•
If you’re interested in sending it DM me and i’ll send you the guide we used.

If you don’t befriend stress and fear, they’ll team up against you and rule your life… nothing ages us quicker.
.
On the contrary, if you willingly pursue an intimate understanding of them, through controlled environments, you’ll discover their illusive nature, and their power over your life will diminish greatly.
.
You take back power and control, and can then use their power to your advantage to improve your life experience. by @fergbaker

Possibly the most game changing realisation one can have is of their power/ ability to decide on the spot, to do something genuinely life changing…
.
That thing you’ve always wanted to do? Or the thing you know you should do?
You have the power to just say fuck it, i’m just gonna decide to do it/ start right now…
.
Book the trip
Call the gym and sign up
Put a deposit down for that course
Invest in that thing
Start the business
Make the call…
.
Don’t wait till next year, month, week... Maybe the moment is right now?

“Because I refuse to let an office chair and screen be the story of my life. This kickstarted my health journey and goals of wanting to challenge myself”
.
This trip triggered a huge transformative shift in Dan. After tackling the volcano hike, the other powerful immersions, and getting the support from the guides, particularly Adam Green, he came home with a new state of mind, and standard for how to live…
.
Dan’s now training for a 100km Ultra in November…
.
A life changing shift can come from 1 decision.
.
DM me if you’re ready for solid change. August trip’s filling up 🤝 by @fergbaker

3 ways to hack you mind to take back control when facing adversity…

1️⃣ Shift from a victim mindset to a growth mindset.

A victim mindset says, “This is happening to me.”
A growth mindset says, “This is happening for me.”

The meaning you give your circumstances shapes your experience. So choose the perspective that empowers you instead of weakens you..

•

2️⃣ Remove expectations around how long it should take to overcome the challenge.

Constantly focusing on the timeline never helps.. Overcoming, growth, and progress don’t follow a schedule. Let go of the pressure/ control, and focus on your attitude/ state of mind instead.

•

3️⃣ Then Intentionally look for the lessons.

Force yourself to think, write, and speak about the potential value that could come from this experience, even if it feels farfetched right now.

This isn’t about solving everything overnight. It’s about planting seeds that, over time, can change the way you see and respond to life’s inevitable adverse periods.

.

With smaller challenges, this shift in perspective can create an immediate change!

But overcoming bigger challenges, only comes through repeated practice.

Its about taking advantage of the power of our mindset to work in our favour instead of against us.

Maybe we subconsciously avoid it. But it comes for all of us all the same…
•
Put your older self across from you right now. Will they say to you that they’re happy you said i’ll do it tomorrow, or next year?
•
Are they glad you let fear hold you back from saying yes?
•
Or will they look at you and smile, and thank you for saying fuck yes to life?
•
They’d also likely tell you they blinked and the years had passed… and that every moment is precious beyond measure.
•
Its easy to forget how precious and grand this short life experience is.
•
Lets not forget it, nor waste it. by @fergbaker

ULUWATU • the stage of the trip where the intention is balance.
.
Blending Training with Recovery
Where Adventure meets Leisure
Community contrasts with solitude
Where challenge is balanced with recharging
Time for both comfort & immersion in new spaces
.
This is where you blend making the trip your own with exploring paradise and immersing in new activities with the lads.
.
Uluwatu is a dream.
No better way to end the trip.

Day 2 of honouring Mens Mental Health month awareness.
.
Man or woman, if you say these words to any important man in your life, I guarantee you’ll see a noticeable, deep emotional and possibly even physical reaction from him.
.
Some men have never heard words like this said to them in their life.
.
Its a few words. But it can take a man from the depths to the surface in an instant. It change everything.
