Mental health training isn’t just a checkbox exercise.

At Happiness Co, we understand that FIFO environments come with unique challenges, which is why we offer a range of evidence-based training programs designed specifically for remote workforces.

From Mental Health First Aid and suicide prevention training to resilience, leadership, psychological safety, communication and wellbeing programs, we help organisations build workplaces where people feel supported, connected and equipped to thrive.

Every workforce is different, so we tailor our training to meet the needs of your people, your culture and your site.

Because when people feel good, they do good. 💛

Many hands make light work in creating a positive workplace.

The best mining organisations understand that looking after people isn’t separate from safety and productivity. it’s fundamental to both.

Because every worker deserves to go home physically safe and mentally well.
