A moment for the yellow dress 👗

Yellow is my favorite color because it represents sunshine! ☀️ I try to shine that light on others and along the way, remember to embrace it myself.

Sometimes putting on a pretty dress makes everything sunnier! taken in Portland, Maine by @franspiceca

A few new adventures for the books:
1. Visiting Canada for the first time! Vancouver was beautiful 🤩
2. Hiked two new mountains 🏔️
3. Spoiled my bro by cooking breakfast and dinner each night
4. Spent a few hours a day at the local gym 😂
5. Had the best oysters of my life while overlooking where they were farms from

Always a good time in the Pacific Northwest and even better to spend it with my little bro! Till next time. ✌️ taken in Bellingham, Washington by @franspiceca

First hyrox 🤝 in the books!!! Super excited about how strong my body has gotten and how much fun 🤩 I had doing this event! Placed 89/1123 so top 10% on a first try? I’ll take it!!! Thanks to all my (gym) friends for the encouragement and support!

Haven’t been back to Illinois since senior year of HS I think?? Fun trip with my fav lady and bestie, my momma.

Hot tub everyday, color museum, shopping, lots of walks, cold brew coffee and, of course, laughter. Much needed weekend getaway!!! taken in Chicago, Illinois by @franspiceca

Decided this needed a permanent place on the timeline!!! 🤩🤩🤩

Yesterday, Wellabe won “Data Solution of the Year” at the 20th annual Prometheus awards put on by the technology association of Iowa. Well what’s that mean you might ask??? It means the project I get the privilege of working on won BIG against some huge companies for our innovative and transformational work in the data space. Really have to mainly give my team credit - they are the real MVPs - but it was so exciting to be recognized for our achievements and hard work. 🥳

What a journey the last year has been at Wellabe. Amazing people, rewarding work and now so celebrating to do!!! by @franspiceca

#neuroscience is a fascinating subject and one of my hobbies.

We still don’t know so much about our brains, but what we do know is neurotransmitters, like dopamine, are so important! Any disruption can cause havoc on our minds. 🧠

Why does dopamine not allow me to finish tasks??? Gosh, probably cause my email wasn’t getting sent correctly. 😆😆

Follow along for more neuro fun facts!!!!

Find your flock 🦩🇮🇹

I know I’m lucky to have such an amazing, supportive, and loving family. These people helped me get through life - the good, the bad, the ever comical. So grateful to have my flamingo fam!
