The best mornings are simple. Coffee first, letting it do its work, then the day can start

Honestly, training's had a different flavor recently.

Over the past few years, I've struggled to keep my love for the sport consistent: perhaps it's been the lack of time and energy to reach full fitness, or maybe it's been the almost solo journey. Performance was my sole focus, but it never seemed to materialise.

Lately I've been setting new goals: focusing on the good feelings , the process, and finding people to share this passion with, which is what initially made me fall in love with triathlon and endurance sports.

I’m grateful to anyone I got to share some swim, bike and run with, and I’m excited about what’s cooking. #backtobasic taken in Wandsworth, Wandsworth, United Kingdom by @gabrygrim

A huge thanks goes to @ezgains.co.uk that makes my bike unbelievably fast with EZ Disc and Hydrogains, and @activewestminster and @everyoneactive for giving me access to stunning facilities to train at my best.
