Here’s what we’ve been building behind the scenes 🛠️

Two big Lapko updates on the way:

→ Mid-September: smarter, archetype-based training plans
→ Mid-October: full UI redesign

This is what happens when you actually listen to your beta testers 🙏

More soon. Follow along if you want to see how we build this thing.

Imagine your coach had your entire sport history and data in their head every time they planned your training.

It’s not a fantasy anymore. Connect your devices, Lapko learns about you , and keeps learning as you train, day by day. Try it for free 😉

5 things I’d do if I started triathlon from scratch 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️

1️⃣ Find a group to train with
Training alone is hard to sustain. A group makes it fun, keeps you honest on the tough days, and you’ll pick up more from other athletes than any video.

2️⃣ Obsess over swim technique early
Most beginners fight the water. Don’t. Get 1-1 lessons or join a local club and fix your stroke before you swim hard. Good technique saves more energy than raw fitness ever will.

3️⃣ Learn to fuel your training and racing
Bonking teaches you nothing except how to suffer. Practise your nutrition in training so race day isn’t a guessing game. Fuel early, fuel often.

4️⃣ Pick an event and work backwards
Nothing focuses training like a date in the diary. Choose a sprint or super-sprint, count back the weeks, and let the race shape your plan.

5️⃣ Follow a structured plan
Random sessions get random results. A proper plan builds you up safely and stops the guesswork.

We are building lapko.io to do exactly this, and it’s free to try.
Which one do you wish you’d known on day one? 👇

Athletes, I need you. 🏃‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏊‍♂️

Lapko is an AI coaching app built for endurance athletes; triathlon, running, cycling, swimming, duathlon.

It creates and adapts your training plan using AI, based on your goals, your progress, and your data.

We’ve spent months building and structuring this, and now we need real athletes to test it.

For the next two weeks, you can try Lapko completely free.

Sign up through the link in our bio to join the demo, and drop a comment below with “LAPKO” so we know you’re in.

Summercross is such a vibe!!! This time round I fully embraced the spectator mode, important role to support all friends racing, and getting everyone to the pub after, specially to those racing cx for the first time! Congrats! Hope you are addicted now haha one race left for a fun day out on the 15th of August this time at Cyclopark! Get your pals and make it a day out with friends! Well done to organisers @hernehillvelodrome @rapha_london for once again an awesome event! #cyclocross #cyclinglife #hhv #london

Ranked the most beautiful IRONMAN & 70.3 courses on the planet 🌍

Not by difficulty. Not by prize money. By the view you get while your legs are screaming.

🥉 IRONMAN Wales — a whole town turns into a finish line

🌋 IRONMAN Lanzarote — lava fields and Atlantic wind, another planet

🏔️ IRONMAN Austria — Lake Wörthersee, the “Copacabana of the Alps”

🌊 IRONMAN Nice — Mediterranean swim, alpine bike, coastal run

🌺 IRONMAN World Championship, Kona — the one you earn, not just enter

Save this for your next bucket-list race 📌

Have you ever raced one of these? Tell us which one below 👇

No time for training? 9 hours a week is enough to finish a 70.3. Here’s exactly how to spend them. 👇

Most age-groupers either do too much junk mileage or burn out chasing intensity. This week does neither.

→ Mon: Rest (yes, it’s in the plan)
→ Tue: 60min swim — technique + Z1 endurance
→ Wed: 75min bike — 5×5’ threshold intervals
→ Thu: 60min run — easy Z1 + strides
→ Fri: 75min swim + strength
→ Sat: 165min long ride — Z1 with a 20’ tempo block
→ Sun: 105min long run — steady Z1 on tired legs
75% easy. 15% tempo. 10% hard.

That’s the split elite coaches use. Now you have it too.
Save this for your next training week. 🔖
