The European city nobody talks about enough… Tallinn, Estonia 🇪🇪

A few recommendations from my day there:

🏘️ Old Town — Cobblestone streets, medieval architecture and colorful buildings. The best area to explore and take pictures.

🏛️ Town Hall — A medieval landmark in the heart of Old Town, surrounded by the beautiful Town Hall Square.

💊 Raeapteek — For the history lovers. One of Europe’s oldest continuously operating pharmacies, dating back to the 1400s.

🍴 Peppersack — For the medieval experience. A restaurant and café with historic atmosphere right in Old Town.

🍪 Karu Talu — Stop by for their famous handmade chocolate cookies.

🛍️ Souvenir shops — So many cute little shops throughout Old Town for local finds and gifts to bring home.

Summer in Sweden! 🇸🇪☀️

O forehand da Gi já estava evoluindo, mas agora começamos a trabalhar os detalhes que realmente fazem diferença.

🎾 Encontrar a distância ideal entre a bola e a raquete usando a mão esquerda para criar equilíbrio.

👣 Ajustar os pés com passos curtos antes da batida, chegando na bola no tempo certo e freando o corpo antes do contato.

São esses pequenos detalhes que transformam consistência, potência e controle.

Evolução acontece um treino de cada vez. 💪

Gi’s forehand was already improving, but now we’re focusing on the details that make the biggest difference.

🎾 Using the non-dominant hand to create balance and find the ideal distance to the ball.

👣 Making small adjustment steps, getting into position early, and stopping the body before contact.

Great strokes are built through small details and consistent practice.
