Starting to see photos roll in from our NYE show, and I just want to take a moment to thank everyone who came out and everyone who helped make this event possible. Your support means the world to me. As we step into 2025, I can’t help but reflect on how far this project has come. After more than a decade of producing electronic music as a form of self-therapy and creative release, I never imagined I’d one day be playing shows like this. To see others connect with the music in such a meaningful way is truly humbling.

The NYE show felt like the culmination of so much of the work and passion I poured into 2024, and seeing it all come together was beyond satisfying. It was also a huge milestone for the @love.of.house community and the debut of @love.of.bass—a celebration of the energy and connection that make this scene so special.

A massive thank you to @beatrox, @nathanjenkinsexperience, @aether_state, @dreamsik, @wonderlove_pdx, @munterhcmillan, and everyone else who poured their heart and soul into this event. Here’s to even bigger things ahead in 2025!

HOUSE WEDNESDAY IS BACK THIS WEEK 🪩💜

And we’re doing the full thing — Open Decks → House Wednesday → Open Decks round two.

This Wednesday at @novapdx__

🎧 OPEN DECKS | 7–9PM
🔥 HOUSE WEDNESDAY | 9PM–1AM
🎧 OPEN DECKS AFTER PARTY | 1–2AM

This week’s lineup:
@given_peace_ B2B @zinner.aiff
@itshaatia
@neighbourkidd B2B @itsgt_sounds
@gvnni.music

Open Decks is for ANY genre + ANY skill level. Bring a Rekordbox USB, throw your name in, meet other Portland DJs and get some time on the CDJ-3000s. I also pay a lot of attention to who consistently comes out, plays Open Decks and supports the community when I’m putting together future House Wednesday lineups. 👀

Not a DJ? Honestly, even better — come hang out. 😂 We’ve got flow space, kandi making, house party + video games, live painters, vendors and plenty of room to meet people without the night feeling like just another club event.

@given_peace_ demonstrates his ball knowledge. Now it’s your turn.

Nine bangers. Nine originals. How many can you connect?

Each slide starts with 10 seconds of the original. Guess which newer track sampled or reworked it before the reveal. One point for every correct answer. No skipping ahead.

Drop your score out of 9 in the comments. Which one caught you off guard?

Know another banger with a sample nobody expects? Drop both tracks below. Put us on. Who else do you want to see do a crate digging series? @ them below 👇

Tonight we’re celebrating 2 years of Wonderlove. ❤️

Wonderlove has become one of my favorite venues in the Pacific Northwest, and I’ve been lucky enough to play there over the past couple of years. Through Love of House, we’ve also had the chance to throw some incredible shows there, and honestly, some of my favorite shows I’ve ever been a part of have happened in that space.

Really grateful to be celebrating this milestone alongside Fourth World PDX, BEATROX, and a lineup full of friends and DJs we’ve had the pleasure of sharing the booth with over the years.

If you’re in Portland tonight, come celebrate with us. Let’s make this anniversary one to remember. 🖤 by @given_peace_
