I went back and forth about sharing this A LOT.

If you know me well, you know I hold a lot in. Hitting post on something so personal is incredibly difficult for me.

This is a part of my life I’ve kept pretty private for a long time and a big part of me thought it should stay that way.

It’s easy to share the happy moments, the accomplishments, and the picture perfect parts of our lives. The things we’ve been through that aren’t so pretty? Not so much.

I don’t think we owe social media every detail of our lives but… I do think we could use a little more honesty and a little less pretending everything has always been perfect.

Especially when opening up about something difficult might help someone else feel a little less alone.

So here’s a part of my story I never thought I’d share publicly. 💜

Surprise Disney Trip: 5 parks. 100K+ steps. Sunshine. Rain. We did it ALL.

But most importantly, we got to celebrate our boy turning 8! 💙

HUGE thank you to @kleigh777 and her concierge service for making the entire trip seamless! She planned everything, booked all our rides, and all we had to do was show up. Which was exactly the level of responsibility I was looking for. by @glz26
