Your kids hear everything.

When you skip meals, call carbs “bad,” or punish yourself with extra cardio, guess who’s watching? 👀
Your daughter.
Your son.

🚩And if we’re not careful, the same diet culture we grew up in—the same toxic cycle of shame, restriction, and overexercising—becomes their reality too.

Let me ask you this:❓❓

Do you want your daughter to grow up hating her body?
To fear food?
To believe her worth is tied to a number on the scale?

No❓

Then it starts with you.

Investing in your health isn’t just about looking better in jeans.
It’s about teaching your daughter—and your son—what true health looks like. 🌱

It’s showing her that carbs are fuel.🥔

That the “guys’” part of the gym is her part of the gym too. 🏋️‍♀️

That lifting weights makes her strong, not “too bulky.”💪🏼

That her body deserves love, no matter what.

Not the fast way.
Not the crash diets or endless cardio.

They need to see you eating real meals, moving your body, and thriving.

Today I’m thankful — like REALLY thankful — but not in the cheesy once-a-year way.
I mean the deep, real-life, hot-mess-but-blessed kind of gratitude that hits you when you pause for 5 seconds between kids, chaos, and cold coffee. 😂🤌🏼✨

Because the truth?
Life gets loud. Busy. Heavy.
And it’s way too easy to forget how damn good we actually have it.

💗 Thankful for a body that moves
…one that lets me lift heavy, run fast, compete, play, and honor all the things I can do — not the things I can’t.

💗 Thankful for my MILFY Nation
Women all over the country & world who are rewriting the narrative for themselves, their daughters, their sons, their families.
Women who didn’t settle.
Women who said “I’m done feeling stuck.”
Women who SHOW UP.
This community is a flex and always will be. 🔥

💗 Thankful for my village
The moms, the dads, the besties, the ones who show up even when they hate pictures 😅
The people who keep my cup full when life feels like a lot.

💗 Thankful for the silly stuff too
Pizza, Diet Coke, fridge cigarettes (don’t judge me 😭), belly laughs, long walks, loud music, and all the tiny joys that make life actually FUN.

💗 Thankful for my family — my why
These four little humans are the reason I stay strong, take care of myself, build muscle, protect my health, and take my life seriously.
Not my excuse.

And most of all…
Thankful that I get to live this life by choice, not chance.
Strong. Confident. Empowered. Surrounded by women who do hard things.
And damn proud of the woman I’ve become.
