I think we all need this medicine.

@gnhm_wales has got the lunch break rush on lock and carries it on through the day!

So first of all these guys are offering such top notch scran that the queue is heading out the door. With so many options it’s hard to pick what one you want so we made it easy for us and asked what their favs were! Three off the menu and one which sells out without fail!

Made fresh on demand and honestly it was sooooooo tasty! Veggie, beef, pork and the bit that topped it off for me was the CORNFLAKES! It hit different!

A Swansea spot for top quality scran and your homemade ice tea fix they really have built something to be proud of.

And I’m sorry but they also have the coolest air fresheners about aswell so get involved head down and enjoy some amazing food made to make your day a belter!
