Grandad Needs His Medicine… and trust us, this is one foodie spot you NEED on your radar! 🤤🔥 Tucked away on Eversley Road in Sketty, Swansea, this quirky little spot is serving up some SERIOUSLY good food, and we are absolutely here for it! From the super cool decor and laid-back vibes to a chef who really knows his stuff, there’s so much to love about this place! 🙌 We grabbed a seat outside and got stuck into… ☕ A flat white, smooth, delicious and the perfect coffee fix! 🍌 Banoffee flat white coffee, as a HUGE banoffee lover, this was an absolute 10/10. They have their very own homemade syrup which is super delish!! 🐷 Pork belly burnt ends with mango BBQ sauce and crispy onions. Honestly, one of the BEST things we’ve eaten recently! 🥪 Breakfast sando with pastrami, and WOW, that pastrami was something else! 🔥 Saturday BBQ beef brisket bun special, a firm favourite of ours and one we’ll happily keep coming back for! It’s the kind of place where you finish your food and immediately start thinking about what you’re ordering next time! 😂 If you’re looking for somewhere to grab a seriously good weekend bite to eat in Swansea, add @gnhm_wales to your list! 📍 Grandad Needs His Medicine, Eversley Road, Sketty, Swansea #GrandadNeedsHisMedicine #SwanseaFood #SwanseaFoodie #Sketty #SwanseaEats SouthWalesFoodie FoodieFinds

SOME OF THE BEST SHIT HAPPENS WITHOUT A PLAN. 🔥 Summer was so bloody busy we never got round to giving this night the love it deserved. We rocked up to Grandad Needs His Medicine in Sketty to sling pizzas for their birthday. Somewhere in the middle of it all came that little itch… shall we make something? So we did what we do. Our dough, tomato sauce, mozzarella. Then handed it over to Chris, big boss at Grandad’s, to do his thing. Fiery peppers. Apple sauce. Beef that tasted absolutely unreal. And, naturally, a fucking flamethrower. 😂🔥 The result? Ridiculous. Went down an absolute storm. We made it, people ate it, we had a brilliant night and then went home. That pizza existed for a little moment in Sketty, and then it was gone. There’s something we proper love about that. Getting together with people who care about what they make, following an idea and seeing where it takes you. Still blows our minds a bit that chefs and makers this talented want to mess about and make food with us. Chris and the Grandad’s crew — thanks for having us and letting us be part of your birthday chaos. Big love. Humble and grateful. Always. 🖤🤘
