Ontario Día de los Muertos 💀🌼

Ella really enjoyed experiencing the culture and traditions. She’s at that age where she wants to branch out, explore, and learn more about where different traditions come from. I love getting to experience it right alongside her. 🖤

Ember absolutely loved the music 😂🎶 She was yelling, clapping, and completely into it like she was part of the show. Definitely a fun experience for both of my girls. 🖤

A night we’ll remember forever. 🖤🎃

Ella and I went to Dark Harbor in Long Beach for a much-needed mom + daughter night, and we seriously had the time of our lives. Running through mazes, screaming at every corner 😂, laughing until we couldn’t breathe, and just enjoying being together.

These are the moments I live for. Watching her grow up is happening way too fast, so getting nights like this where we can forget about everything else, be silly, get scared together, and just make memories means more to me than she probably realizes.

And after how hard this girl works, trains, competes, and pushes herself week after week… this night was definitely well earned.

One for the memory books. Just me and my baby girl. 🖤🎃👻

I love Long Beach at night. These views makes me miss living in LB. 🌃 I love mountain life more tho. 🌄 😍

It takes a different kind of strength to walk into a room knowing some people don’t care for you… and still walk in with your head held high.

Especially to my moms: stop shrinking yourself just to make other adults comfortable.

People will gossip. They’ll judge. They’ll create their own version of you. Let them.

You don’t have to defend yourself in every room. You don’t have to prove shit to anybody. And you damn sure don’t have to make yourself smaller because someone else wants you to feel unwelcome.

Walk in that bitch like you belong there because you do.

Be a good person. Handle your business. Take care of your babies. Keep becoming the woman you’re proud of.

And let them fucking talk. 🖤

RMN Freakshow | 10/25/26
🥉 3rd Place | 15U | 109 lbs | 32-Girl Bracket

Match 1: Win by PIN
Match 2: Loss by 1 point after 2 OTs
Match 3: Win by PIN
Match 4: Win by PIN
Match 5: Win by MD
Match 6: Win by MD
Match 7: Win by PIN Rematch
Match 8: Win by PIN — secured 3rd
True 2nd Match 9: Loss by 3 points to her teammate

Ella was NOT locked in when this tournament started, and that second-match loss was the wake-up call she needed. She realized real quick that she needed to suck it up, trust her wrestling, and turn it on.

By Match 3, she wasn't playing anymore. 🔥
And one of my favorite parts of the day? She got the opportunity to wrestle the girl she lost to earlier in the tournament again and this time, Ella got the PIN. 🙌🏼

That's the thing about losing early. You have two choices: let that loss stay in your head, or leave it behind and fight your way back up.

Ella fought her way back.
She trusted her wrestling, moved on from the loss, and kept showing up match after match. Nine matches in one day. Wins, losses, pins, overtimes, major decisions, a rematch, and a podium finish in a 32-girl bracket.
Definitely a LONG but successful day. 🤍

Sometimes the best lessons don't come from going undefeated. They come from getting knocked down early and proving to yourself that you can work your way all the way back up. 🙌🏼

Proud of you, Ella Rose. Keep wrestling forward. 🔥

Apparently the apple didn’t fall far from the tree… it just upgraded from a shark costume to high heels in Marshalls. 😂😭

One thing I’ve always tried to teach Ella is to never become so worried about what people think that she stops having fun being herself.

Be weird. Be loud. Laugh too hard. Dance in the aisle. Try on the ridiculous shoes. And if somebody catches you… act like you were looking at the shoe boxes the whole time. 😂

Especially at this age, there’s so much pressure to look cool, act older, fit in, and worry about who might laugh or talk about you. But you’re still a kid. Enjoy being one. Life gets serious enough all on its own.

I want my girls to grow up knowing there will always be someone with an opinion. So you might as well give them something to talk about while you’re having the time of your life.

And as their mom, I hope I never get too serious to be silly right alongside them. These are the moments they’ll remember. These are the moments I’ll remember.

Raise daughters who aren’t afraid to take up space, laugh at themselves, be a little ridiculous, and stay completely true to who they are. 🤍

Because fitting in is overrated anyway.

On the busy days. On the exhausting days. On the days life feels heavy and training is the last thing I want to do. Even if I only have 20 or 30 minutes, I make those minutes count.

I work around my kids. I work around life. I adjust, I adapt, and I keep moving forward. Because there will always be something trying to get in the way, and I refuse to let it be stronger than my purpose.

I’ll continue to put my family first. I’ll continue to fight to become the best version of myself. And I’ll continue to walk the path God has for me, regardless of who understands it, supports it, or judges it.

At the end of the day, God is the only judge I answer to.
I’m God’s warrior. And I’m not done yet. ⚔️🙏🏼

When I was a teenager, I was WILD.

Street racing at night, meeting up for races, drinking from morning until night, partying every weekend from Friday to Sunday, chasing adrenaline, and putting myself in situations I had absolutely no business being in. There was a point where I genuinely didn’t know how to function without alcohol, partying, and chaos.

And back then? I thought I was having the time of my life.
My last real taste of that lifestyle was my 20th birthday. Not long after that, my entire life started becoming something completely different.

Looking back, there are situations I survived simply by the grace of God. My girls will hear those stories one day when they’re old enough to understand them, but until then, I want them to know this version of their mom first.
The woman who trains. Who cares about her health. Who pays attention to what she puts into her body. Who chooses discipline, growth, strength, and becoming better than she was yesterday.

I don’t regret the girl I used to be. That life is part of my story. It gave me experiences I’ll never forget, lessons I probably couldn't have learned any other way, and ultimately helped build the woman and mother I am today.

But just because I survived that lifestyle doesn’t mean I would ever want my daughters to have to survive it too.
It’s crazy how the things I once thought I couldn’t live without became the things I never want to go back to.

Same soul. Different priorities. Different life. And I thank God every day that I made it here.

One of my favorite tools for releasing that stubborn outer leg tension 🙌🏼

I love using a peanut lacrosse ball to work into the quad and hamstring muscles running alongside the IT band, finding those tight trigger points and slowly letting them release.

Tension through this area can be felt all the way around the outside of the knee and up through the hip and glutes, and sometimes you’ll even feel the difference into the low back.

Sometimes stretching the hip isn’t enough. Work around the tension, give it time to release, and then see how your movement feels. 👏🏼

If this area always feels tight, give this one a try. 🎯
