Hardest fought 26.2 miles. A 3:42 on my worst day? I’ll take it. You never know what the marathon is going to give you. I felt great until I didn’t. Wouldn’t recommend running a marathon on your period. After mile 10 the cramps had me cooked. And these shoes were a big old no from me, I have no toenails left.

Thank you to my wonderful husband @jmalin17 for answering every single one of my crying calls and pushing me to keep on keeping on - and running NINE MILES around town to see me every chance he could. My parents, @thearmentanibros, and @baydw7 and @cgutkowski for all the signs and cheers. All the hugs, beer, and Coca Cola a girl could ask for (looking at you, @alex_miles_to_go, @jameshwatson, @runwith.coachsamantha, @chenzo100, @richardissa). @sandman_runs for talking sense into me (while in hysterics) back in the tent. @yana_azvo for surprising me and holding my sandwich at the finish. And for everyone for their words of encouragement and donations to the @aacr_foundation over the past 18 weeks.

Words can’t quite capture what a true blessing it is to marry the love of your life, but the smiles in our pictures speak for themselves. 10.06.24 was the most magical, perfect day in the world 🩷 I’m so grateful to call you my husband, @jmalin17 - forever has a nice ring to it 💍

UPDATE! RAN A MASSIVE 10 MIN PR FOR 3:31:37. GOT THE OFFICIAL RESULTS!!!

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I had this time in me. Ok maybe I did. I trained my butt off (on, actually). That was INSANE.

Thank you to my fan club for all the cheers. Couldn’t have done this without you guys ❤️ YOU’RE THE BEST.

Don’t ask me if I’m still running… I got Braxton Hicks from walking…. 3 mins after these photos were taken.

Life lately has been lifting and walking and cycling (and it’s all really hard and all really humbling). Oh and yesterday I took a nap for an hour on the floor cause I didn’t have the energy to get myself up on the couch. I don’t enjoy running in this season of life, but that doesn’t mean I’m not a runner.

So please, dont ask me if I’m still running. Ask me what version of myself showed up today instead and keep it moving. I’m proud of my (albeit, changing) body for EVERYTHING it’s done the past 27 weeks - work, rest, and everything in between.

Pregnancy is wild, I’m tired, and I need another snack 🫠

PSA the only acceptable thing to say to a pregnant woman is that she looks great and keep it moving. I didn’t realize everyone had such a vested interest in my running habits.
