gracielift is so back :’)

This season was so special. My improvement season was a long one, but throughout it I was able to learn so much more about who I am as an athlete all while solidifying my passion for the sport.

There were many moments when I questioned whether I truly belonged in bodybuilding, as the sport tested both my mental and physical abilities. Losing my dad unexpectedly during my first-ever prep so close to show became the greatest challenge I had faced which proves that life doesn’t stop for this sport. I had to learn to adapt, overcome, and execute. I still did it — I completed that prep and, in doing so, developed a foundation for the career and place I hope to build for myself in bodybuilding. From there, I took a few years to log off, grow, and evolve.

And after this season as well as the previous, I can confidently say that bodybuilding is where my heart lives.

Jeff is no longer here to witness what the future holds for me, but he has been, and always will be, with me on stage. And that is my biggest motivation.

Now, we build again :) <3
