A very warm welcome to Greg, joining The Noteworthy Approach.

At 6’3”, Greg certainly has presence — but what makes him particularly exciting is the range behind it.

With experience across film, television, live performance and voiceover, he can move from imposing Viking or biker to larger-than-life ringmaster, rockstar energy or the warm, funny neighbour next door with remarkable ease.

There’s a real gentleness underneath that physical presence too, together with a huge enthusiasm for life, travel and new experiences — qualities that bring warmth and individuality to his work.

I’m genuinely excited to explore the breadth of casting possibilities with Greg and to see where this next chapter takes us.

After 50 years, numerous bad decisions, around 35 years of masking and not understanding why people don't think the way I do, it has finally been confirmed why.

Today I was diagnosed with long standing ADHD of the combined type.

I also found out that I am being referred for an autism referral. It is highly suspected I am AuDHD as I scored a maximum of 10 points on the AQ10 test.

But for the time being I am now on the pathway to receive medication for ADHD.

The truth is I'm not quite sure how I feel about it. I have a weird sense of calm about it, which either indicates acceptance or a complete lack of understanding.

While this doesn't excuse poor decisions I have made and people I have hurt along the way, it does go towards me understanding more about myself, who I am and who I aim to be.

Whatever happens, it's certainly going to be an interesting next chapter of my life.

We had the honour of joining the ride out for Oakley Meer on Sunday 12th July.

Our son Bran became very close to Oakley, and they became firm friends. Bran looked up to Oakley and would sing his praises constantly.

The amount of people that joined the ride out is just a testament to how loved this young man was.

One of the very sobering thoughts we have is that we nearly lost our son that evening as also.

It has been a pretty tough few months, this puts into perspective what's truly important.
