DOING SH!T WITH CHEFS: FLIGHT SIM WITH SAM GRAINGER

We love chatting to chefs about food and what they do, but we’re often stepping into their comfort zone, the kitchen. In this new series, we’ll be pulling them out of the kitchen, and putting them into some precarious situations to see how they cope, all for a good laugh.

In our first episode, we took @gringlepie of the highly anticipated @sistermoon.mcr to try his hand at landing a plane in a commercial airline flight simulator provided by @mcrflightsim

Despite his initial confidence, there were definitely some ropey moments, but in the end there were four wheels on the ground, and no hypothetical casualties. All around it was quite impressive to be fair.

2025, Part 2. Best one yet, feeling very fortunate. Traveled more, opened a few pie shops, opened a new bar and started building 2 more restaurants, got a new gaff, met my match, spent Christmas in Bali, swam with turtles, should of got gout, smiled a lot more. ❤️

One whole year of @ambers.club

It’s been insane, some of the worlds best artists in our basement on Oxford road. What started as an accidental site visit 14 months ago is hopefully now going to be crowned best club in the country.
