The French have the right idea. A whole day dedicated to opening wine? Go on then🍷

Thursday 19 November is Beaujolais Day, and we’re celebrating with four courses of French cooking from Chef Mark, four drinks from Dave & the gang and a proper evening of it 🎯

We’ll be raising (and drinking) a glass to Beaujolais Nouveau, the first wine of the new vintage, alongside more Beaujolais and a couple of French-inspired cocktails. What more do you need? “Absolument” 👌

Four courses. Four drinks. All included. Get your lot together and get it booked. 🇫🇷

TWO SITTINGS: 5:30 or 8:30 | THURSDAY 19 NOVEMBER | 4 COURSES + 4 DRINKS | £110PP

Bookings in our bio.

Please note: this is a set menu, and we’re unable to accommodate allergies or dietary requirements for this event.

I was a chef before I was anything else. Still am.

Every OG site starts in the kitchen. What goes on the grill and what it costs per plate. Get that right and everything else has something to stand on.

Live fire across the North. Big on flavour. Proper cooking.

The summer we got engaged (and I turned 40)

Holidayed in wales, farmhouse, Greece and Ibiza, learnt to paddleboard, got a wedding dress, launched a few brands, drank loads of white claw (loads of it), had a few parties, had a ball working with team EAT and watching it grow, had my first Grainger family wedding, had a belter really.

Imagine being that committed to authenticity as a chef that you live in Thailand for 6 months for menu inspiration?! 🇹🇭🍜🤞

I’d go back just for the pandan mousse tbh !!

The wait is over, the fun isn’t. Finally, the whole Treehouse is open and what a night it was. Thank you to everyone who climbed up and joined the fun with us last night. Manchester, we’re just getting started.
