Grip With Grace Selected to Lead DICK'S House of Sport Gaithersburg's 2026 Community Wellness Series

Excited to share that Grip With Grace has been selected to lead DICK'S House of Sport Gaithersburg's 2026 Community Wellness Series!

What began as a vision to create intentional spaces for movement, recovery, and connection has grown into a partnership focused on bringing meaningful wellness experiences, recovery education, performance-focused workshops, and intentional community events. Thank you to the @dickshouseofsport team for believing in the vision.

The Fuquay Varina Lion’s Club Lion David Stuart Memorial scholarship exists because of COMMUNITY.
Because SO MANY OF YOU:
Donated Attended Legacy in Motion
Supported our golf tournament
People shared, encouraged, and believed in the vision
And because of that collective effort, we were able to award four scholarships this year!!
Four students.
Four futures.
Four reminders that one life can continue to impact others long after they’ve gone .. Legacy
Presenting these scholarships alongside my mom, at the same high school that helped shape me, was one of the greatest honors of my life.
Thank you to the Fuquay-Varina Lions Club, @lionsclubs @fvhsbengals our scholarship recipients, and everyone who helped make this possible. by @grip_with_grace

CODE RED 🔴🎧

An entirely different way to experience Pilates 🤏🏾

What happens when you take movement beyond the mat and start designing for the senses?

In partnership with @vidafitnessdc we brought CODE RED to life inside the infrared studio at VIDA City Vista.

45 minutes of immersive sound, intentional movement, infrared heat, and a room full of people willing to try something different.

Every beat, breath, cue, and transition had a purpose. The headphones created a personal sonic experience, while the movement brought us together.

No competition. No performance. No need to keep up with anybody else. Just an invitation to get out of your head, into your body, and enjoy the process.

The energy was collective. The experience was personal.

One thing you can always expect at a Grip With Grace event? A wellness experience that engages the senses, challenges the body, and makes room for a good time.

Thank you to our partners at @vidafitnessdc @caliafitness @dickshouseofsport for helping us bring this vision to life, and to everyone who stepped into the red room with us.

CODE RED was an experience. Should we do it again? 👀

One thing this past year has taught me is that life isn’t something you just “have together.” It’s something you walk through. Some days with grace. Some days .. Grace is not included 😅

Strength > Balance > Grace It’s the method behind how I teach and move through my own life.

Strength when I need to keep going.
Balance when everything feels off and like a lot.
Grace to let the day or moment be exactly what it is as I make the intentional choice to choose joy as I take the next step. I’m currently living several answered prayers. Things I asked God for are sitting right in front of me yet still not feeling settled inside them. I’m learning to receive them with gratitude, even while I’m still adjusting to the life they require of me.

It always feels good when I’m able get back into the studio where so much of this started @dc_pilates and continue the practice that continues to hold me. #pilates #gratitude #resilience #community #dc by @grip_with_grace

Guess who is back with another review?!

Our favorite Pilates instructor @grip_with_grace with the GOOD vibes.

We love hearing how much you’re enjoying your SW Juice Bar experience! Thank you for the continued love and support.

Take this with you into Q4: you really do not have to know exactly where you’re going/ what the exact next step

Just be intentional about where you’re putting your energy. Make the decision. Keep making the choices that support it. Show up. Be consistent. Be disciplined. Pour into what’s in front of you.

Eventually, the picture gets clearer. I wish you:
Strength to make the decision
Balance to stay grounded while you figure it out
Grace for yourself when the path doesn’t look exactly how you planned #grace #wellness #community #dmv by @grip_with_grace

We just hit 1K followers welcome to the party! I think this is a good time to clear something up: my name is Camille, not Grace 😂

Grip with Grace isn’t about avoiding the hit. It’s about how you move after it. Something happens → you feel it → you acknowledge it → you choose what happens next. For me Grace is the way you eventually move forward. The Grace that is renewed everyday. The care, patience and kindness you give yourself through it all and what we try to extend to each other.

Grip with Grace is more than movement. It’s how I choose to move through life 🤍🙏🏾 by @grip_with_grace

Pilates was created by a MAN who was a boxer/self-defense instructor who was locked up as a prisoner/interned during WWI where he developed what would become the Pilates method. But somehow Pilates was rebranded as “girly.” ##letstalkaboutit #pilates #menshealth #pilatesinstructor fypシ❤️💞❤️ by @grip_with_grace
