✨From April to October, we serve breakfast every Saturday and Sunday 🥐

We’re excited to share that Gro Spiseri and our head chef, @joaquin_guz , were selected to represent Denmark during the Danish Embassy’s Culinary Super Week in Washington, D.C 🧡

From September 14-20, Joaquin joined chefs and food professionals to celebrate Danish gastronomy, exchange ideas and explore more sustainable and circular ways of working with food🍃

We’re proud to have been part of this experience and grateful for the opportunity to share the values that inspire what we do at Gro ✨

🌿 We’ve been awarded the Organic Cuisine Label!

We’re happy to share that Gro Spiseri has received the Danish Organic Cuisine Label (Det Økologiske Spisemærke), a government-controlled certification that documents the proportion of organic food and beverages used in restaurants and other food establishments.

Organic ingredients have always been an important part of our kitchen, and we’re proud to have this recognition of the choices we make every day.

What a pleasure it is to spend time with local producers 🍇👩‍🌾

We met @soenderstrandvin , a family-run vineyard and flower field on the coast south of Kalundborg, Zealand, run by two sisters.

Together, we harvested Solaris grapes for their wine, Summersalt 🍇

It was such a special experience to spend a day together. We feel very lucky to have the chance to meet and get to know the local producers we work with, and to see the care and work that goes into what we serve.

You can also find some of their wines on our menu, so you can have a taste for yourself 🧡

Join us in welcoming the autumn season on the rooftop! 🎃 What better way to enjoy it than on Kulturnat, when the city is buzzing with activity? 🍁🌾

We will be serving hot Pumpkin Spice Lattes, apple juice, and, of course, wine and snacks🥂 The kitchen will also have their amazing vegan brownie ready for you🌟

Our team is busy preparing cozy autumn decorations, so there’s plenty to look forward to🧡💥

We’ll be open from 17:00 to 22:00 with drinks, bonfire, music, and plenty of Danish “hygge.” Don’t miss out!🔥🎶

No reservation needed, just come on up🎃

If you want to dine in the restaurant, we still have a few seats left. Note that we are a part of dining week that period of time, so booking is directly from dining week’s website
