*gonna be my first time in cobb valley, will be doing an all-NZ set ᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ looking fwd to bein in the bush, the magical lake I’ve heard sm about, hugging many well-missed pals, big bass freqz, n hopefully some sunshine ~ by @hackhag

quite literally no time for sentiment so here are the facts:
- I co-produced this 3-day music festival with @citacsy it is an ode to exclusively live experimental electronic music that we are lucky to have thriving here in aotearoa
- it is happening tomorrow until sunday
- there will be many artists whose music frequently incites the full spectrum of emotion (in me and reportedly others)
- live and commissioned A/V work will accompany the performances
- there will be installations, an artist talk, a modular synth work shop, an intro to video-art making instruments, a DIY electronic instrument exhibition
- this feels scarily ambitious in the context of the current gig/festival landscape in tāmaki ,! regardless of whether we pull this off, i’m confident in the kaupapa of the event and that the love n energy that has been poured into it will materialise into something magical, as it has in previous iterations <3
- look forward 2 seeing u this weekend if u ain’t ▢ :P

Grateful to have met so many wonderful and creatively inspiring new friends and to the sweeties at @camp_fr for facilitating and hosting this residency so generously!
To have the opportunity to switch off from the outside world and really hone in on production / collaborate and exchange new ideas under the guidance of someone I’ve admired for so long was incredibly valuable to me at this stage in my music journey—-* feeling blessssszed and nourished #sentimentalposting by @hackhag
