Minthis - what a gem to discover and indulge @minthisresort #spa #cyprus #goldresort #christmas #secretspots #discovercyprus by @hype_experiences
@paperfishsushi just joined espanola way and they’re bringing the same amazing food and beautiful interior. DRINKS: Lychee martini: this is quickly becoming a classic drink in Miami in any Asian restaurant. It didn’t feel too syrupy, which can be a problem Margarita: classic, no complaints here FOOD: HH Salmon nigiri: if you love nigiri or sashimi, get it during happy hour ;) HH tiradito aspasionado: this was a small bite of raw salmon with a sweet passionfruit based sauce. I personally thought this was my least favorite thing all night, but that’s because I don’t really have a sweet tooth. Paper Tuna roll: great roll for any tuna lover. I thought having both raw and torched tuna gave it better depth and flavor Acevichado: shrimp katsu with a piece of white fish on top... can’t go wrong with that combination. I don’t recommend this roll to anyone who doesn’t like heavier rolls though because of the aioli. Ichiban Sando: this is a speciality just at their South Beach location. While it didn’t stick together very well, the flavors were all there! Also the sauce is like savory + butter and it’s so interesting. Thai Tea Crème Brulee: get it if you’re a Thai tea lover!! Thank you to @paperfishsushi and @hype_experiences for having us :) #miamifoodie #southbeach #southbeachmiami #southbeachflorida #floridafoodie #floridaeats #southfloridafoodie #southflorida #miamieats #miamihappyhour #happyhourtime #happyhourmiami #miamihh #paperfish by @hype_experiences
The Waffle is the latest gem to be bookmarked on my list of places to revisit. With a spacious outdoor patio and non-pretentious customer service, I can see myself lounging long after the last crumbs have been wiped off my lips. The seasonal menu is well balanced and has multiple must-tries. One of my favorites is the Pork Belly Hash Bowl. Never has pork belly tasted so healthy! Perfectly flavored with hoisin sauce and a balsamic reduction, the meat and veggies including bell peppers, zucchinis, Brussel sprout leaves, etc. pair up for a delicious, (can-I-say) healthy brunch entree. And of course, there’s the waffles. As much as the Spiced Poached Pear waffle with cranberry chutney was a refreshing change from the usual maple syrup, the Strawberry Cheesecake Waffle won my heart. The strawberry cream cheese frosting - more like a lightly whipped cream cheese than frosting but bursting with strawberry flavors - could be a staple on all my breakfast carbs. Speaking of waffles, the Original Doublewide should satisfy those who tend to skip breakfast for a more square meal called lunch. Studded with bits of bacon, the waffle sandwich is built with a perfectly golden fried chicken breast, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and yes, more applewood smoked bacon. With a side of sawmill gravy, this menu staple most definitely hits the spot - and should energize you to walk the full length of the Walk of Fame - twice! But for the rest of us locals who prefer to people-watch while nursing a drink, the Milk Punch is a delightful change from the usual Bloody Mary or mimosa. Laced with rum and nutmeg, this milky concoction is lightly sweetened with vanilla syrup and topped with a cinnamon stick. The adult version of the baby bottle that lulls you to a satisfied and contented bliss, minus the drool. And that’s exactly how I felt after risking a venture into perennial tourist territory. The Waffle makes it well worth the risk. Trust this local. Arranged by: @hype_experiences | https://hypeexperiences.com & @thewafflela Food Writer: Susanna Kanow by @hype_experiences
#mocktailmonday Arranged by: @hype_experiences | https://hypeexperiences.com/ and @threespiritdrinks. @threespiritdrinks drinks have come up with three non alcoholic elixirs, designed to “enhance your mood, rhythm and mind throughout the day and into the night”. “Livener” is labelled as the perfect party pick me up with plant based ingredients such as guayusa, guava leaf and schisandra paired with berries and other aromatics designed to give you a euphoric pick me up. I made two “Livener” cocktails with recipes from the Three Spirit team. The first was the “Plant Soda” which took 50ml of Livener spirit served with soda. A delicious cocktail which allowed the fruity and fiery flavours of the spirit shine. The other was a “Fierce Spritz” which combines Livener spirit with fresh grapefruit juice and lemonade. A delicious fruity mocktail. I will definitely be trying both of these cocktails again. “Social Elixer” is a herbal elixir and called the ultimate social companion and mood elevator. It uses lion’s mane mushroom, yerba mate and damiana which are said to create a natural blissful feeling. The first cocktail I tried with this spirit was a “Herbal Stimulant” which combined “Social Elixir” with a shot of coffee and some maple syrup. This one was just a little too sweet for me. The other cocktail I tried was a “Light and Stormy” which combines “Social Elixir” with ginger beer. “Nightcap” is made with tree saps, aromatic plants and ancient remedies that are said to help you relax and unwind. With a combination of woody and spicy notes, it invokes a calm, dreamy feeling. I enjoyed “Nightcap” on the rocks which was the perfect way to enjoy the delicious citrus and spicy flavours in this spirit. I then tried a “Nightcap old fashioned” which took the spirit and then combined it with some dashes of Angostura bitters. These really are three very unique alcohol free options that still also provide a mood changing effect. All three are great in their own ways, however I must admit my preference was for the fruity peppery “Livener” and the citrusy and spicy “Nightcap” #threespirits #alcoholfree #hypeexperiences by @hype_experiences
📍Rossella, Kentish Town (London) Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Atmosphere: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was invited to taste @rossellanw5 Valentine's Menu specials along with their main menu😋 Rossella is a family-run trattoria inspired by their south-Italian origins. Their menu is quite extensive with a variety of pizza, pasta, mains and steaks! From the Valentines Specials, we ordered the two starters on offer (Gamberoni all’Aglio & Bruschetta con Burrata). The Gamberoni all’Aglio was very flavourful and the prawns were very meaty! I have also now decided that burrata on bruschetta is a must😅 For the mains, we ordered Ravioloni al Tartufo (black truffle and mushroom ravioloni). This was a hefty portion but really tasty if you love cheese & truffle! They didn’t scrimp out on the truffle but the pasta itself was quite thick which made it a heavier dish so definitely share this one! We also ordered the Penne Rossella from the main menu which was our favourite! It was quite flavourful, especially when you got a mouthful of pancetta!😋 The desserts were the STARS of the meal🤩🤩 the tiramisu was one of THE BEST I’ve ever had (and I’ve had my fair share) and the chocolate mousse cake was perfectly rich and chocolatey🤤 The service was great, the waiters were all lovely and the food came promptly. I think this is often the fact with family-run restaurants - they are more friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was good too, it was quite busy which is often a good indication. Though the starters and mains were nice, they weren’t necessarily ‘WOW’, they were still good and the desserts are definitely worth visiting for🤩 However, I wouldn’t necessarily visit again, except maybe for their tiramisu🤤 Arranged by: @hype_experiences | https://hypeexperiences.com/ and @rossellanw5 #food #foodie #foodblogger #foodpics #foodpic #londonfoodie #londonfoodblogger #londonfood #foodstagram #londoneats #foodphotography #foodstylist #foodlover #foodiesofinstagram #forkyeah #foodstagram #forkyeahfoodies #globaleats #discoverunder5k #discoverunder10k #londonblogger #italianfood #pastalover #forkyeahfoodies #londoneats by @hype_experiences
UPDATE: This restaurant is now @levantinenyc Right off the L train in Brooklyn, @hummusmarketnyc is such a hidden gem! Cozy, romantic, and so delicious, I cannot recommend it enough. Service was lovely and it was all around just an amazing experience. Perfect for a date night! Here’s a breakdown of everything we ordered: -Mulled Wine: blend of red wine, spices, honey and a touch of brandy. Gorgeous and delicious! -Market Mezze: Israeli salad, falafel, labneh and homemade pickles. So much fun! The pita was fresh out of the oven and so good. -Hummus Platter (3 different toppings): tahini, garlic confit, and warm chickpea with parsley toppings. I love that we got to try them all! That garlic confit one is REALLY good and special. But, I also seriously loved the one with chickpeas! -Harissa Marinated Salmon: served with herbed couscous and “rocky” labneh. So perfectly cooked and delicious. -Chicken Shawarma: shawarma spice, tahini and amba, cilantro and paprika oil. Plating and presentation was just stunning! Had a slightly chargrilled flavor which I wasn’t expecting because shawarma is usually slow roasted. But, I still enjoyed it! Especially with all the sides we had mixed with it 🤪 -Madjadra (side I chose to accompany the Chicken Shawarma): rice and lentils with the most amazing spices and veggies including caramalized onion. This was AMAZING!!! It reminded me of biryaani and is definitely something I’m planning on going back to get again! -Chocolate Truffles: with walnuts and coated with coconut flakes. So insanely smooth and perfect. Literally the best ending to a wonderful meal 🙌 Arranged by: @hype_experiences | https://hypeexperiences.com/ and @hummusmarketnyc #hummus #middleeasternfood #israelifood #brooklynfoodie #hiddengem #nycfoodie #datenight #shawarma #chickenshawarma #labneh #pita #garlicconfit #mulledwine #chocolatetruffles #mezze #astateofflavors #globaleats #forkyeahfoodies #baeeatsworld #eatnorthamerica #eatwithfoodiez by @hype_experiences

We got to try the Cucumber Salad, Pork & Shrimp SJB, Lamb Dumplings, Minced Pork Noodle and Garlic Spring Beans Overall a great experience and I’ll definitely be adding some of my favorite items from the tasting menu to my usual order. 😋 🥟 📷: @wavesbym Arranged by: @hype_experiences and @sdumpling.sj by @hype_experiences
📍Onxy, Hornchurch Onyx is an Italian restaurant with delicious cocktails, yummy food and entertainment! For starters I had a gluten free garlic bread with cheese and it was so fluffy and tasty! The waiter assured me that the bread was cooked in its own pan in the oven to avoid contamination. The restaurant itself is so pretty, with lots of pretty flowers and neon signs and they have entertainment some night too! .
