Last week, Toronto brought the energy to our pre-race RunReady pop-up ⚡️

200 runners. 120 assessments. 150 demo shoes tried.

Thank you to everyone who came through, and to @adidasrunning and @maurten_official for partnering with us to bring assessments, footwear try-ons and fuelling advice together in one place. And thanks to @wakewaterca for keeping everyone refreshed.

Introducing RunReady Pro.

Behind every @RunReadyco assessment is the science and technology that helps us better understand runners and how they move.

RunReady Pro brings together physiotherapy, movement science and footwear research to develop the tools and technology behind RunReady.

At the centre is the RunReady tech platform, built for physiotherapists to assess how runners move, identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and provide personalized footwear and exercise recommendations.

“the seawall and stanley park are worth it, iconic for good reason. but if you want something different, cross the bridge into north vancouver, my home ground. proper nature, the hills will absolutely work you, and everyone waves, everyone says hi. it’s small, but you notice it, and it makes it just a little more special.”

@iamrobsmith has been a pillar in the BC run community, opening up vancouver running company in 2015 with his wife becky, then rebranding and expanding with runasyouare and runready in 2023. he has a huge passion for retail, for tech, and for community, and is always looking to push the boundaries and innovate.

$Four years. A lot of kilometres. Even more gratitude. \\\ As this chapter closes, a massive heartfelt thank you to the @adidasrunning team for the trust, support, and experiences over the past four years flying the three stripes as an adidas Running Ambassador. From incredibly meaningful community moments like Run for the Oceans Vancouver, another crack at the Boston Marathon, allowing me the freedom to coach a first Boston Marathon, experiencing the heart of the brand in Germany to countless days showing up in the three stripes - this partnership shaped a large portion of my running life over the past four years in ways I’ll carry forward forever. The product and experiences were incredible, but the relationships mattered most. Grateful for every conversation, every opportunity, and every shared belief in what running can do for people and communities. Onward and always thankful. \\\ ❤️ by @iamrobsmith$

race ready kicks off August 27, just days away. Wondering what it’s all about? It’s the only program led by both physiotherapists and run coaches, with group strength and mobility classes + coached run workouts in one system. No other program combines physio and run coaching like this.

$When the perfect Saturday afternoon falls in your lap 📸⚽️ \\\ Headed to @adidasoriginals Vancouver for some fun portraits with little man, shot by the talented @post_photography, and emblazoned SUPERSTAR style on tee’s, followed by some customization of his favourite Samba’s - the stoke factor was high. 🎟️🤙🏼 Solid way to get hyped on the way to watching the @whitecapsfc carry on their amazing season. by @iamrobsmith$

$Entrepreneur life often doesn’t slow down, so the footwear in my rotation has got to match the energy. The adidas adizero EVO SL gives me that high-tempo training flow with Lightstrike Pro underfoot, a featherweight upper, and a bold three stripes look that works just as hard in meetings, or hustling little man to soccer training, as it does putting in the KM’s. ☑️ Running ☑️ Building ☑️ Relaxing ☑️ EVO SL \\\ adizero #adizeroevosl #adidasca #createdwithadidas #adizero @adidasrunning 📸 @adamstevensvisuals by @iamrobsmith$
