Delighted to win @challengegrancanaria

After dedicating a winter to training specifically for the longer distance, it’s been very rewarding to open the season with a victory.

It may only be my 3rd middle distance race, but I feel like I’ve really found the event that suits my strengths as an athlete.

Looking forward to the rest of 2024! by @iestynharrett

Ready to roll for my penultimate race of the season out here in Mallorca @chmallorca

It’s been a big two weeks of travel and racing but the body seems to have recovered just in time to be firing on all cylinders.

Racked and ready to go at @ironmanpoland 70.3 Poznan tomorrow morning.

Bib no. 20 on the Ironman Tracker if you fancy following along. Race start time of 9:30am 🇵🇱 (8:30am UK 🇬🇧)

Big thanks to @precisionfandh @huubdesign @hunt.triathlon @transition2elitesm @triathloncymru for the support, and a special thanks to @ridebikeswales for the last minute tune up on the bike.

It’s been a rocky few months of racing since my win at Gran Canaria back in April, so looking to kickstart the second half of the season with a performance I can be proud of tomorrow. taken in Poznań - Sołacz by @iestynharrett

Week 1 on camp done ✅

Some big volume accumulated and starting to get more comfortable on the TT bike again after a winter on the roadie.

Enjoyed re-acquainting myself with Lanzarote after being away for 10 years. Loving the smooth tarmac and scenic climbs. Forgot how windy it was 😬 taken in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote, Spain by @iestynharrett

7th place for me in a stacked @challengevieuxboucau yesterday and finishing the season on a high.

A big motivation racing long course was the opportunity to race some of the biggest names in the sport. With it being my 2nd go over this distance I felt like yesterday was the perfect opportunity to test myself against the best in the world and see how I stacked up.

There’s work to do but I’m very please with this result and motivated for a big winter of training!
