Cuts Hut during @thestandfoundation__
“Great Outdoor Adventure Camp”

always in gratitude and awe how spirit provides the light in the most subtle ways during tough transitions.

i was dealing with heavy shifts in my world and this alignment grounded me and challenged me to be who i know myself to be.

cuts hut was created with the youth in mind as the essence of the workshop is to speak to the inner child and allow the child a space to speak and express. in these moments i give space for the youth to lead because they have answers we can only hear if we lend a nonjudgmental ear to listen

i give many thanks to @thestandfoundation__ for bringing us in to guide the light 🤲🏽🌱

during these sessions we worked on breathwork, free flow expression, conflict resolution, call and response, somatic practices, sound healing, and had nice dialogue about self-care

much luv to the yout for being open to expressing themselves 🌱🙌🏽

thank you to my brother @da_natureguy369 for being present and capturing some special moments

R.E.S.E.T. on Marion Barry Avenue || a collaborative wellness experience designed to give participants an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and reset their energy through movement, mindfulness, creativity, and connection with horses curated by @thestandfoundation__

Grateful to be able to hold space and provide a creative outlet for the community with Cuts Hut 🛖

Though the weather posed a challenge this day, community banded together to make this a memorable event. Always interesting how it inspires us to lean in to help each other more, to have more patience, to be mindful and in awe of its power.

Was great working alongside @browneyedgirlyoga @bold_yoga_collective and @pswellness.me
