CODE “SINNY” always valid to save. To pay it forward, that’s my favorite part ❤️ by @infinitewellnessco

We love non-scale victories!!! Seeing this comparison is so crazy to me, I can’t believe that was me. I used to keep clothes that were too small, telling myself I’ll lose weight one day and fit it. Well that day is here and I’m NEVER going back. Not back to my old habits. Not back to my poor diet. Not back to living a sedentary lifestyle.

An exercise people underestimate… until they actually try it. 👀🔥

Work through a deep range of motion while maintaining proper form, and let the weight do its job.

But here’s what I want you to understand…

It’s not always about how much weight you’re moving. It’s about how well you CONTROL that weight.

With these heel-elevated squats, we’re emphasizing the quads while challenging lower-body strength and control through a deeper range of motion.

And when you add the hip hinge, you’re getting the glutes and hamstrings involved too.

Listen, don’t rush the reps just to say you finished the set. Move with intention. Control what you can, and build from there.

Save this one for your next leg day. 💪🏽 by @infinitewellnessco

You plan your week. Give your body a little time on the schedule, too.

Sunday Reset today: slowing down, working on hip movement, and paying attention to what feels different from one side to the other.

Take your time with these. Use the support you need, stay in a comfortable range, and breathe.

A few intentional minutes is a place to start. Keep showing up for yourself.

Save this for your next mobility session. Want a plan built around how you move? DM me “MOVE.” I work with clients online and in person. 💪🏾

Strong as hell… but can you MOVE? 👀

Let me tell you something. Being strong and moving well are two different things.

You can push some serious weight in the gym and still struggle getting down on the floor.

And you don’t have to lift weights to understand what I’m talking about.

Getting up off the ground, bending down to tie your shoes, playing with your kids, or simply moving without feeling stiff.

That’s the stuff we tend to overlook until it becomes a struggle.

Listen, I’m all for building strength. But I’m also big on having the mobility and control to actually USE that strength.

I’m not trying to become a gymnast. 😂 I just want my body to keep doing what I ask of it for as long as possible.

Because getting older is inevitable. Feeling limited before your time doesn’t have to be. 💯

Now let me ask you something…

👇🏽 What’s ONE movement you used to do without thinking twice that feels harder today?

Drop it in the comments. Your answer might inspire my next mobility video.

80 pounds down. And it all started with a conversation during a stretch.

He originally came to me for assisted stretching. We got to talking about fitness, and that conversation turned into over a year of working together.

He’s always worked hard. I’ll give him that all day. But early on, he wanted to train what he wanted, how he wanted. 😂

We had to build trust. Part of my job was explaining why we needed to work on things he usually avoided.

We also had to talk about what was happening outside our sessions especially his eating habits. As he learned more about nutrition, he started understanding how his food choices could support the work he was putting in.

Training hard was one piece. Building habits he could stay consistent with was another.

Over time, we kept building. I provided direction, explained the purpose, and supported him. He kept showing up and doing the work.

These pictures represent over a year of effort, learning, and consistency.

Bro, you earned this. I’m proud of you. 💪🏾

If you see yourself in his story and want guidance with your training, nutrition, and accountability, I offer coaching online and in person.

DM me “START” and tell me your goal. Let’s talk about how I can help. by @infinitewellnessco

You can build the body and still build the life.

Training has taught me more than strength. It’s taught me patience, discipline, accountability, and how important it is to keep showing up for yourself.

Some days are about progress.
Some days are about maintaining.
Some days you just need to get in the room.

Either way… show up.

Today’s deposit: BACK DAY. 💪🏽 by @infinitewellnessco

#SAYYES Your body is your temple. Take care of that beautiful energy field within and around you!🙏🏽💝🌹

You ever have one day divide your life into before and after? September 30, 2018, was that day for me.

I was shot twice in my left leg. I survived, but nerve damage and foot drop changed the way I moved. People see me lifting weights now. They didn’t see the days I wondered if my leg would ever feel like mine again.

Eight years later, I still remember those days. They’re part of why it means so much when a client tells me, “CJ, I can do this again.”

And I know somebody reading this has a win they’ve been brushing off because it seems small. Walking farther. Moving with less fear. Getting back into a routine. Say it out loud you worked for that.

What’s one win you earned that nobody else saw? Drop it below so we can celebrate it with you.

Still here. Still moving. Still building. by @infinitewellnessco

There was a time when my brain would tell my foot to move… and it wouldn’t.

After being shot twice in my leg, nerve damage left me with drop foot. Something as simple as lifting my foot became something I had to teach my body how to do again.

So when you see me standing on one leg, balancing on a BOSU, challenging my stability it’s deeper than an exercise.

It’s a reminder of what I had to rebuild.

I don’t train balance to show what I can do.

I train it because I remember when I couldn’t.

If your body gave you the ability to move today, use it.

Never take movement for granted. 💪🏾 by @infinitewellnessco

I found my imbalance… so I started training it.

Balance isn’t just standing on one leg.

It’s strength. Control. Stability. And your ability to react when your body gets out of position.

Isometric holds → single-leg strength → reactive movement.

I’m not training these movements to look impressive. I’m training them because what you don’t work on, you eventually lose.

Find the weakness. Train it. 🧠💪🏽

#yogatherapy The tension in your body is asking to be felt, heard, and loved on.❤️‍🩹🌹🙏🏽

This restorative variation of Viparita Karani (Legs Up The Wall With A Strap) invites the body to slow down while creating gentle traction through the neck, opening the hamstrings and shoulders, and encouraging a deeper connection to your breath.🧘🏽‍♀️

One of my favorite parts of this practice is the reminder that healing doesn’t always come from intensity and “pushing through”🙅🏽‍♀️

It requires slowing down enough to notice what your body has been trying to tell you all along: feel, peel, heal. ❤️‍🩹

✨ Will you give this a try the next time your neck, shoulders, or nervous system ask for a little extra love? 💜

📌Save for later— Legs up the wall with strap:

1. Loop a yoga strap behind your head/ears and around the balls of your feet.
2. Start with knees bent, then slowly extend your legs toward the sky and gently lift your head into the strap.
3. Slowly move your legs side to side to stretch both sides of the neck.
4. Bend knees slightly to deepen the release.
5. Remove the strap and hug your knees into your chest.
6. Counter-stretch with a Fish Pose.
7. Finish by hugging yourself into a small ball, relax and take a few slow breaths in savasana.

🌹 Gentle reminder: Move slowly, stay within a pain-free range, and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. Honor your body’s limits and modify as needed. 💜
