Summer ‘26 was all about small adventures with my little buddy, mostly on 2+2 wheels.

Thank you to EVERYBODY that made The Cheer Squad a day to remember. We can’t tell you how much we love this community. Look forward to seeing you all on the side of the road next year!

A special thanks also to @heyheydehaas for creating The Cheer Squad with us and to @gozwift for supporting it.

IRIS x @gozwift . One mountain. One very big roadside party. 🩷🧡💛

For Stage 7 of the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, we joined forces to deliver The Cheer Squad on Mont Ventoux.

The result? A mountain full of colour, beats pumping, cowbells ringing, flags flying, people dancing and a whole lot of people coming together to #WatchTheFemmes.

It was one day, one mountain and one very special community moment. But we don’t want the energy to stop there.

The IRIS Club on Zwift will keep the rides, the community and the energy going, with more chances to ride together wherever you are.

From the roadside to the virtual road. Let’s keep the party going. 💜

The Cheer Squad 2026. Mont Ventoux, that was a moment at the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift. ⛰️💜

Beats pumping. Cowbells ringing. Flags flying. People dancing. Voices gone hoarse.

And when the peloton came through? Pure magic.

The Cheer Squad brings the professional peloton and the cycling community together, putting the riders right in front of the people who love to watch them race — and giving everyone on the mountain a chance to be part of it.

Friends, clubs, families, strangers. You could arrive knowing no one and leave feeling part of something bigger.

One mountain, one shared passion, one very good excuse to dance in the sunshine.

That’s what we love about The Cheer Squad.

Let’s keep showing up to #watchthefemmes taken in Mont Ventoux by @irisslappendel

The Cheer Squad 2026, Mont Ventoux, TDFF avec @gozwift Just got back home, dead tired and still a little lost for words. Friday was just amazing. The @i_ris.cc crew, @kateveronneau, our beautiful community, the wonderful chaos, the women's peloton and not to forget the very essential megaphone 💜

Months of preparation, but in the end it was even better than what I dreamed of. Thanks to all of you! All those riders that passed us with a big smile, while suffering on that relentless climb, that wat is't all about.

Special thanks to @heyheydehaas for creating the original and brilliant Cheer Squad branding. It's been special doing this together for the 3th year in a row. Def not the last one!

Goodnight for now xx

T-minus one sleep!

The Cheer Squad lands on Mont Ventoux tomorrow, so we’ve been out this evening giving the road the full IRIS treatment! Plenty of paint, plenty of colour and a few words of encouragement along the way.

We’re ready… are you?

Safe travels, and we’ll see you on the mountain tomorrow.

The Cheer Squad is a collaboration from @i_ris.cc & @heyheydehaas, supported by @gozwift .

Summer so far 🙌🏽

It was lovely to organize & join some @i_ris.cc events again and spend time with this amazing community 💜

And of course hanging out with Boris ☺️

More fun coming up soon with #tourdefrancefemmes avec @gozwift . This year you won’t see me on the back of the motorbike unfortunately. But, I’ll be cheering on the peloton with The Cheer Squad on the Mont Ventoux @i_ris.cc 🙌🏽🙌🏽 Can’t wait!

Three years ago, we had an idea.

What if we created a place where people came together to celebrate women's racing? A place where everyone felt welcome. Where riders knew people were there for them. And where strangers became friends.

That's why The Cheer Squad exists.

In this video, Iris shares why this project means so much to her.

If you'd like to read more, we've shared the story behind The Cheer Squad through a founder's letter. You can find the link in our bio.

See you on the mountainside. 💛
