ep03 of my podcast: The PROJECTion is finally out! 🗡️🪨

some projects are about what you made… some are about who you became making them.

this time, i sat down with my brother and collaborator Griffin “Merlin” Stone (@griff.stone) to talk thru our 2025 EP, “SWORD IN THE STONE”—the ideas, decisions, relationships, and mythos that gave the project its shape. 💭

we talk production and writing, strength and leadership, brotherhood, and why collaboration comes with a certain kind of accountability: when somebody else is close enough to the work, they’re often close enough to challenge the person making it, too.

there’s a lot underneath this project that the music alone could never completely explain. this conversation gets closer.

Every few months, I find myself led back to episodes of The Table at @centralchurchplano. This conversation on “Affection,” from our relationship series, was a solid one—especially in a world that feels increasingly separated from grounded affection, leaving so many of us to define love and relationship by what we see on our feeds.

This segment of the conversation was a great heat check for me today, even a year later. Thought I’d share. 💭
