MAHADEV—
I wore His name in chants and beads,
But in my heart,
I held resentment.

I whispered prayers laced with anger,
Laid blame at His feet
As if He had failed me
By letting me fail myself.

And yet—He did not strike.
No lightning came,
No punishment—
Only more silence.

The same silence
That had once hurt me
Now began
To feel like healing.

I left Him a thousand times,
But He never left me once.
Every doubt I flung at Him
Turned into dust before His calm.

I see it now—
The moments I could’ve died,
But didn’t.
The grace I never thanked.

He shielded me from fears
I hadn’t yet named,
Battled storms
Before I knew to ask.

And when I returned,
Broken and bleeding,
He stood in the same place—
Still, sacred, unchanged.

He asked for nothing,
Yet gave everything.
Not blessings alone—
But space to fall and rise.

He absorbed my hatred
As if it were incense,
Turned my curses
Into offerings of transformation.

I spit fire at the one
Who carried water for my soul.
Yet He stayed,
Quieter than breath.

His love didn’t require my perfection—
Only my presence,
My willingness
To try again.

Water carries the blossom,
silence steadies the stem,

the roots continue

Somewhere between silence, memory, and the weight of things we never fully say aloud,
these fragments slowly found their way into each other.🫰🏻

What began as scattered emotions became a space we could both sit inside gently —
line after line, pause after pause.

This piece carries parts of us we may never know how to explain completely,
but somehow the words understood.

CONFESSION:

We don’t notice our breath
until something inside us starts to fall apart.

This wasn’t meant to be deep—
just a simple idea that turned into… this.

Maybe it’s not about breathing at all.
Maybe it’s about everything we’ve been holding in. 💟
