Last night I became the first award winner to win Youngest Investor & Deal of the year in one night. I also won the most awards last night #pinchme 😭

Over the past year I project managed a build in partnership with @savoysdevelopments - and it won (not one, but TWO) international property awards! 🏆

This was the first project Savoys and I collaborated on, and in true fashion, I had to ensure it exceeded expectations. We now have several projects on the go 🤩

Following the success of our last last visit with over 80 people in attendance we will be back on the 14th November 2026 with our final site visit of the year.

On Saturday we had over 80 people attend our 2 in 1 Commercial to Residential Site Visit.

Attendees visited one site where we are changing a defunct office space to 5 x 1 bedroom flats and another defunct office which is nearly completed as 2 x 1 bedroom flats.

With scores of empty commercial real estate up and down the Country the real opportunity is in Commercial to Residential Conversions.
