🔥 Forge 的学生们，如果教练能做到，你也一定可以！

我们不只是你的教练，更是你变强路上的战友!

HARD-WORK💪🏼 > GENETICS 🧬
2018 (65kg) -2022 (80kg)
—————————————————
Do not blame your genetics for not achieving your goal……
-
We all have different potentials to be endomorph, ectomorph or if you are lucky naturally muscular and lean to be mesomorph type of body.
-
A lot of time people get frustrated when they find it difficult to achieve a goal whether it to be losing body fat or gaining quality muscle mass and end up using genetics as an excuse.
-
Rome wasn’t built in a day, so do not expect your body to do the same, even if you are on ⚙️. It just doesn’t work that way. The name of the game is health and longevity, don’t sell yourself just to look good. We do it with proper way to look good and at the same time not neglecting our health🔥

Drop me a dm if you wish to transform your body to a whole new level💪🏼

We are proud to announce the launch of the very first PCA Premium Oversized T-Shirt.

Breaking away from the typical aggressive and power-driven imagery of bodybuilding, this design takes a different approach.

It reinterprets the human physique as an artistic expression with fluid, elegant and refined.

A celebration of strength through form, balance and movement.

Because bodybuilding is not only about building the body.
It is about sculpting the body as a work of art.

Designed exclusively for PCA by one of Malaysia’s leading designers, Adj. Prof. Idr. Joe Chan, this first merchandise series represents a new perspective on bodybuilding also one that is more artistic, inclusive and accessible.

PCA Premium Oversized T-Shirt

🔥 EXCLUSIVE PRE-BOOKING PROMOTION 🔥

To celebrate the launch, the first 100 pieces are available at an exclusive introductory price of:

ONLY RM100
