From wrestling mat to yoga mat…

From hustling & dreaming on the back of a trash truck…
To living those dreams (& screwing some up 😂)

From depressed, hopeless & mad at life…
To embracing the mystery curiously !

If you feel a deeper call inside & you’re willing to hustle, have faith & heal- I truly believe anything is possible…Don’t let your Doubts make your Decisions.

I’ve gone from running a landscaping business, to teaching kids yoga in the jungle (shouts out @lifeprojecteducation ) Co-Founding @dancemedicinephilly , owning a wellness studio @cocoon_philly to launching the @mens.yoga.collective with of course many trials, tribulations & “failures” over the years!

Not flexing, just a friendly reminder…
Don’t sleep on your dreams. GO FOR IT😆

For those of you that I’ve met over the last decade thankyou for impacting my journey, for those of you that been here since my young yogi days, I’m sending a BIG hug 🤗

A few lousy airplane naps later and somehow @annaclairecanova_art and I are stretching our confused bodies next to this water in Washington State as we wait for our ferry!

We’re mainly out here to celebrate some dear friends getting married, but figured while we’re this far west… might as well ADVENTURE!

My kinda vacation…

There’s the kinda fun that entertains you.
And then there’s fun that CHANGES you!

The kind that makes us question what the hell we’re doing…while somehow reminding us what the heavens we’re doing here.

Tbh I never thought trekking sounded fun. Anna has been tryna drag me into a backpacking trip and I’d say things like…“So we just… walk? For a really long time? With a bunch of shish on our backs?” 😂

I craved adrenaline. Climbing. Biking. Something EXCITING.

But 4 days trekking the Alta Via 2 thru Italy reminded me there’s another kind of fun…

THE KIND YOU HAVE TO EARN.

The kind that challenges you, pushes you past what you thought you could do, and leaves you feeling more ALIVE on the other side.

Turns out walking for a really long time is pretty dang fun & I’m ready for more! 😅🥾🏔️

Turned 34 & got a Visor.

Now I’m officially ready to do some epic sh!t 🤣

Nah foreal tho, THANKYOU for all the birthday blessings. I’m feeling incredibly grateful for all the beautiful humans in my life!

I Been thinking about what I wanna do with this next trip around the sun and I’ve got a few things on the horizon…

Here’s my My Level 34 HIT-LIST!

✅Become a significantly LESS mediocre runner.
✅Complete a Triathlon.
✅Bring Yoga & Meditation to WAY more men.
✅Get stupid Strong AND Flexible.
✅Another Multi-day trek somewhere WILD.
✅Climb harder sh!t.
✅Share more of my journey instead of overthinking it.
✅Eat an irresponsible amount of pizza every so often

And I’m sure life has a few other ideas idk about yet so I’ll leave some space open for the mystery of it all...

But I DO know I wanna keep following the things that make me feel ALIVE!

Phewieee. What an initiation into my 34th year on this incredible playground of a planet! 🥳

Today is my birthday and I just came out of a 4-day trek through the Italian Alps! My legs are cooked, my new wool socks stankinnn & my heart is FULL!
It feels like I crossed some kind of threshold out there…

A new beginning. A new chapter. And more than anything, a deeper embrace of what my soul craves…

To EXPLORE this wild planet!
This is when I feel most alive!

This trek felt symbolic of so much of what I’m calling in for 34 for myself, for me & Anna, for my work, and for the kind of life I want to keep creating.

More adventures… more getting lost (a little)… more belly laughs (ALOT)… More trust in the things that light my soul on fire…more impact…More pizza!

Dang, What a gift to be here.
