Out of more than 300 applicants, I was honored to be selected as one of BisNow’s Philadelphia Women Leading Commercial Real Estate. After five years in this industry—most of which I’ve spent uplifting and spotlighting the achievements of others—it was both surreal and humbling to be recognized for my own journey.

This moment was more than just an award; it was a reminder of the power of perseverance, growth, and community. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to those who have poured into me with love, patience, and guidance.

To Leslie Smallwood-Lewis—thank you for being an incredible mentor, a second mother, and my favorite comic relief.
To my father, thank you for your leadership and unwavering standards that continue to shape me.
To my mother, your patience and constant prayer have sustained me more than you know.
To Greg Reaves, thank you for always keeping me in check and pushing me to stay on the path to greatness.
And to the Mosaic team, thank you for uplifting, encouraging, and walking beside me every step of the way.

A little full-circle moment at the Navy Yard 💙

I spent a significant part of my career in real estate development working on the growth of the Navy Yard, so getting to visit AVE Navy Yard this weekend during the Mutt Strut and finally see the completed property was really special.

Huge thank you to Denise Howell for the hospitality, and shoutout to the teams at AVE, Ensemble and Mosaic for bringing such a beautiful addition to the Navy Yard to life.

The property is stunning, the pool is definitely a highlight, and the AVE team made me feel right at home.

If you’re looking for a new apartment in Philly or an extended stay while you’re in town, AVE Navy Yard is absolutely worth checking out. ✨

6 months at @ek.philly ⚡️

A lot can happen in half a year.

I’ve gotten to work with some incredible clients, lead projects that constantly challenge me to think differently, dive deeper into new business, uncover new opportunities within our existing partnerships, and grow into a stronger client services leader.

But one of my favorite parts has been the people. I genuinely get to work with a team that is smart, funny, collaborative, supportive, and really good at what they do.

I came into this role wanting to grow, stretch myself, and have a bigger seat at the table. Six months later, I can already see how much has changed.

Very grateful for this chapter and very excited for what’s next. ✨

Great catching up with Craig Williams, Founder of Pride Enterprises, Inc., over lunch yesterday.

Craig and I first worked together during my time at Mosaic Development Partners JV, when Pride Enterprises was involved with projects including the Intrepid Garage and 1201
Normandy at the Navy Yard Philadelphia. We’ve stayed connected as friends and colleagues ever since.

It was great sharing updates about my new role at Electric Kite, hearing what Craig and the Pride team have been working on, and reflecting on how much has changed since we first met.
