1708 is pleased to announce, Tercos, Federico Cuatlacuatl’s new limited edition of lithograph prints created in conjunction with our current exhibition, Skin of Stars, Sacredness of Disobedience.

An edition of 15, all proceeds will fund a future collaboration between the UNDOC+Collective and 1708.

The UNDOC+Collective is a nationwide network and arts organization dedicated to building knowledge, visibility, and sustainability for “undocreatives” (artists who are currently or formerly undocumented).

A special thanks to master printer Jackson Taylor for undertaking the production of these prints.

Some pieces from my July residency at @visible_records in Charlottesville, VA this summer. I had a blast being back in the awesome community that VR fosters. These pieces were made in close conversation with my good friend @morganashcom and in collaboration with the fine folks at @infiniterepeatsworldwide.

This series, titled Flood Claims, are singular impressions (mixed media) works combining silkscreen, ink drawing, aluminum foil, décollage, and latex paint. They ruminate on flood mythologies and radical subjectivity.

Join Infinite Repeats and VR this Friday for a double event. 5 - 8pm tomorrow VR AiR presents a series of works, called Flood Claims, made during his residency this past month. These new works will be on display at Infinite Repeats. Then pop next door to the VR common area for Radon Abatement’s album release show! Music starts at 8.

Flood Claims

Produced during a July 2026 residency at Visible Records in Charlottesville, VA, Flood Claims presents a suite of singular impressions by Louisville-based artist Jackson Taylor. Combining silkscreen, ink drawing, décollage, tinfoil, and latex paint, this new body of work interrogates deluge mythologies, radical subjectivities, and alternative histories. The pieces operate as archaeological sites where narratives from Taylor’s Southern Baptist and agrarian upbringing are re-contextualized into palimpsests of a mirror world, revealing what remains after the waters have receded. by @jaxontaylor4
