I raced my first Pro Solo while coaching athletes across divisions. And it reminded me of something important:

You can’t pour from an empty cup.
If I expect excellence, I have to chase it myself — to keep learning, testing, and pushing the edges of my own limits, and that excites me.

Proud of what I did. Honest about what I could’ve done better.
Blessed to be surrounded by a community that challenges me daily - iron sharpens iron.

Athlete on the course.
Coach at heart. Always.
